Very often I receive damaged items in my orders. Despite informing the seller, nothing changes and damaged items are still shipped. It is not very professional.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! If you've have no complications with your orders here, then you are lucky! I went to purchase three items from this site, which came to over $62 Canadian dollars! The money was taken from my account, but then they cancelled the order due to the items being "out of stock", even though they were not advertised as such. When I requested the money that was taken from me back, they refused and said that THEY DON'T TAKE PAYMENT UNTIL THE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED. If that's true, then the money would NOT have been taken from my account!

There's lots on this site. The layout is outdated but if you take your time, you'll find many collectible treasures, movies. Posters and so much more on this site.

Yesasia is a decent online shop, I like the fact that you get your delivery rather fast for me it take maybe 2 weeks for the order to come to my door, But i have to complain about something, when I bought a TVXQ album Secret Code I got that album delivered broken the whole CD case fell apart once opened it and I dont unpack my stuff roughly, thats something Yesasia needs to be better at its to make sure that the items you buy are whole and clean

But other than that they are very good at service, they answer if something is wrong, or if you regret a buy, they help me with that

I really like the format, giving all the product info and specs, and appreciate the free shipping! There are Korean productions here that I haven't been able to find on amazon or elsewhere.

I found one item looking for but would like to find their dolls and collectible other items. Ren doll, Kyouko doll, Heel Siblings dolls these are what I'm looking for so hope you have them soon.

Their selection is massive and it's easy to find what you're looking for. There are many limited pressings that are difficult to find elsewhere. This is a great place to shop in my opinion.

Other retail platforms offering payment by Paypal are able to achieve seamless interface, Yesasia requires pretty much all of the Paypal profile detail to be re-entered - tedious
