Young Living Essential Oils

This company expects you to sell so much per month so if you can not sell over 100.00 a month do not bother and i personally received an order that had leaked out of the cap and they would not replace it at full value. Now i am trying to close my account and use my acquired points to buy product and offered to pay for shipping but so far they have charged me twice for the products. Hours of on line chat and holding on phone.so now unfortunately my credit card company has to be my protection. Way
to expensive, slow shipping and no support

I don't know WHERE you get your data, but Young Living essential oils are amazing. They do wonders for our family. We are busy changing our way of thinking about modern medicine as we've had so much success with Young living oils.

Young Living is an amazing company! Seed to Seal promise on the purity of all their products! The ONLY essential oil company that will allow you to come and visit the farms and actually see how things are done first hand! The Young Living Foundation helps support several causes, putting an end to human trafficking is only one of them.

I was disappointed to find phtalates and PEG ingredients in their lavender shampoo and conditioner. Apparently, they are now changing the formula. Their reply was that they are careful not to exceed the acceptable levels that are non-toxic for these questionable ingredients. There is no way they have enough research funds to test the efficacy of each and every product, especially when they cover such a wide range. This should be a good indication to many consumers that there are ample more professional brands out there that are keeping within similar guidelines and may be more effective than Young living products, probably more affordable too (I am not referring to supermarket brands!).

Yes, some of the products are great, some are also over priced due to the pyramid scheme that has to pay a salary to all those recruited down the pyramid.

To live and breathe this brand ONLY is foolish and shows misinformation!

It is a wonderful company that cares about human body and nature. If you are into healthy living and things good for your body you should definitely check Young Living website and purchase some goods! Their products are 100% natural and does miracles to your health. Try them out and let the products speak themselves.

I have had nothing but great experiences with this company, I always receive the correct order (been an ER member over a year now btw) and they arrive the same time every month so there is no wondering where my package is. I had to stop my ER membership temporarily due to personal finances and the representative that helped me out ( Lori member # *******) was polite and helpful. This process was fast and painless and I was informed I can jump right back into the program at any time. Thank you Young Living for filling my house with wonderful smells, helping my body with healing during flu season as well as joint pain but mostly for being a pleasure to do business with. Incredible product, helpful customer service, no issue when something was missing from an order (2 times in 15 years), no cracked lids ever, web site updates took a little time to learn, altho good tutorials if used (I like to learn on my own). Healing that I receive is beyond measure. Their organic and safe process is better than any other I have researched. I have grand nephews who benefit from the KidScents line. For keeping my home clean... I add oils to my drinking water to add to my healthy eating. The oils fort cooking - nothing better as the essence of the herb or spice. If you don't know about this site yet, you should, if you are at all into healthy living and things good for your body. Their products are unsurpassed. I order every month from them and I have researched their competitors. Gary Young really is in a league above the rest in terms of his commitment to quality and consistency to excellence. I use these oils on a daily basis and I also take the multivitamins for women called "Hers" - yes, men, they have some for you as well called "His" - lol. TIP: If you become a distributor you can get a hefty discount on your own product and you don't have to sell to anyone else. You can email me if you would like and I will explain how to do that. These essential oils smell heavenly, work wonders AND are hard to live without once you start using them. Their quality speaks for itself.

Never received $200 credit for return product, terrible customer service. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and also other agencies. Paid $20 to return product shipped through memberships not explained fully. Do not have post office receipt, however, post office said they had to receive or I would have gotten the box back. RA# clearly marked on package. Out $200! They cannot look for box shipped from me, my name and location or RA#.

Honest review 10 years with this company they do not Value you as a person that sells there products do not care. It is all about the money everything negative they say about this company is true you are better off extracting the oils from plants yourself and, saving money then going with them.

Unethical company. I ordered once from them, then learned of their business practices, such as the multiple lawsuits they currently have against former employees for having the audacity to leave their company. I then repeatedly asked to have my account canceled, finally starting to get rude with them when they repeatedly ignored me. Then in retaliation they place an unauthorized order on my account! Now Im having to have my bank change my debit card JUST to keep them from putting more charges on my account.

The website seemed to state the only difference between the premium starter kit and the basic start kit was the inclusion of a diffuser. This is not true, the basic starter kit also doesn't have the oils.

Unlike most companies, you have to pay for the shipping of the return. I contacted the customer service and talked to the supervisor on the floor, Natalia. They would not even apply the shipping to a future order just to keep a member.

It will probably just be a six dollar return shipping, but if it is this difficult to work with them, I would gladly find another company.

I ordered a few oils on May 24th. It is now June 6th, and the tracking provided still shows it not even delivered over to the USPS. It has been stuck in Indiana for a week, no movement at all. Evidently, still with their "shipping partner". USPS isn't even in possession of the package yet.

After I cancelled my monthly order it still was put through, then I emailed asking to be cancelled and was still shipped out!
The products are ok, I was convinced, but then I realised it's really just a pyramid scheme and all they care about is the money and getting themselves higher up the pyramid.
Really disappointed as I had high hopes.

When I started with this business, they had some nice perks to incentivize you into their rewards program. Over the past two years these have dwindled to where you get only a newsletter and you don't even have the environmental friendly option of opting out of that needless piece of self-aggrandisement. And they tell you that you can switch your delivery dates to get an order early but what they don't tell you is that you can NEVER switch it back, allegedly b/c they are so busy. And you do earn points but you can't use them on many oils and you can't use them with your ER Rewards. You have to pay for the shipping, even though that's less friendly to the planet. More money making for this behomoth. And customer service even told me that they are getting tons of complaints and that they don't agree with the changes being made. It's just not worth the hassle. Use Doterra.

I purchased 3 packages of rollers for my oils. They will only replace 2 of the packages since one of the packages was purchased 1 year ago. I understand it has been 1 year, but all 3 of the packages have the same issue. They are all too large to fit on any of the oil bottles. This shows the company is neglecting quality control. It makes you wonder what other quality issues are going on with their other products. This is bad news for Young Living.

Young Living used to be a good company! They totally suck now and if you love essential oils you should use doTERRA!

Young Living Essential oil company took 357.00 out of my account on error on June 20. I called them two minutes later the money was deducted from my account and they told me I cannot get a refund until the order ships and I have to send it back unopened. They promise your order will be shipped within two business days. Today is the 27th, 7 days later and my order is still being processed! I just called them and was told all the managers are "busy"
I decided to join doTerra! They have a better reputation and program than Young Living!

It now takes over an hour and a half to talk to a representative which never happened before. The new system is difficult and
and hard to operate. I am at lost understand why you made these changes the old system was very easy to get through and very clear and could find information I needed I do not find that with a new system

I had ordered young living's all purpose cleaner, when it arrived at my house, the liquid had leaked inside the bag.
My friend who had recently got me to join said call customer service they are great, they will replace it for you no problem. I called young living customer service after waiting in the queue for 30 mins I got a representative who told me they would give me some points towards a next purchase. I didn't want a credit towards a next purchase I just wanted a new bottle. This is poor customer service and because of this they will be loosing me as a customer.

I bought the wrong oil, so I had two orders. I asked by e-mail to cancel my first order. They said yes. Then all of a sudden, I had two orders shipped. I called in to ask why they were both shipped, and they had NO idea about the e-mail I had documented with my cancellation request. They refused to make it right, charged me for both orders, and lost a customer in the process. I'll gladly shop elsewhere for my products that will take care of a long time customer better than this!

The priice of oils is totally ridiculous, I guess it says a lot when better business review is 1.8. Used them for four months and they act like they are giving you money off. Try to use the points, no go. Plus they expire which they didnt bother to tell me. Oh well, live and learn

Try Revive. The oils average 30 percent of cost, there is no shipping or taxes. Young Living jacks up the price to support MLM, adds shipping, shipping tax, regular tax. Revive has same quality (or better) oils, greater selection, faster shipping, etc.

I have been using Young Living products for many years and I have never been disappointed with anything I have purchased. There are certain oils that I purchase on a regular basis that have improved my wellbeing and health. The Thieves, Valor and Progessence are oils that I use the most. Please do not let these negative comments keep you from trying the products from this company.
