I ordered seat belt pals (all 6 different ones) for Christmas for my kids, nieces and nephews. I placed the order the first of November. Plenty of time right? WRONG. SO, after contacting to see when the order would arrive, they were delivered 1 day before Christmas. Which was horrible, since i still had to ship 4 animals to Florida for my nieces and nephews. Almost 2 months to be delivered? I'll never order online from anyone but Amazon. They are trustworthy! This store was a joke.

I received great service and quick turn-around. The Mats are awesome, they work wonderful on the BBQ, no more vegetables falling thru the grates or sauce running down, it stays on the chicken, steaks & veggies. These people are sleazy. The description of a snore reduction thing said you are able to fit it to your mouth. That is a lie, not an exaggeration. They did not refund my money. They should be in jail.
The upright back posture support has really helped with my aching shoulders. After spinal surgery this has given me a lot of relief and dealing with the company was very pleasant as they immediately replaced my order when the wrong size was sent. It was nice to have treatment like this from a mail order.
This company has done a good job of marketing their mouthpiece. I was interested enough to buy one of the mouthpieces and it has been helping me. I provided some feedback about my purchase and the company immediately had someone follow up with me in order to address my concerns. I am impressed because no other online company has done that. I believe that shows how professional this company is and I'm glad I made a purchase from them!
This is the worst bunch of thieves on the web. They take your money and then send nothing. They just keep lying on the phone. When, after 4 weeks, I requested a refund, they said o. K. but kept my $51.00 anyway. Never did return the money. These people belong in jail. A bunch of stink-all-over rotten lying thieves.
I received my mouthpiece and had some issues with it fitting. Joe, from YourStoreOnLine, contacted me about my concerns and is sending me a different model that may fit my needs better. Couldn't ask for better service on an inexpensive product. They are trying to please where most companies could care less after they collect their money.

Purchased the buy one get one free collaspable hose and after 20 or less uses it sprung a leak inside. Customer service sent a SORRY message stating only had a 30 day return policy. Good thing I did not give as a gift as I had intended. Will not be my store online in future. Buyers beware - with this site you can expect what you pay for or less sorry to say.
I already own 2 tablemate trays and they are great. My mom moved in and i needed another one. Received outlet covers that did not work as advertised. Was asked to send an email before posting review if it was negative. Tried that. I was told to send items back at my expense which I did. After visiting a BBB site concerning YourStoreOnline, I found that a return label should have been offered. I then emailed asking if I could get a reimbursement for the postage I paid and this was the response that I received from them, verbatim, in an email; "That should of came with the refund check we sent you and if it did not you should of called or emailed us right away to tell us before paying to send them back." Not crazy about their policy or answer.

Due to a work injury in December 2011 (and then surgery, then physical therapy), I was unable to use a KGB deals voucher before it expired in January 2012. When I contacted KGB deals about the expired voucher, asking about my options, they contacted yourstoreonline, who then agreed to honor the original voucher. I was blown away, as at best, I'd thought the price I paid for the voucher would be honored. To have the full face value honored - a year late - was completely unexpected, yet delightful. I am beyond tickled, and can't wait to see the animal pillows that I know my nephew will love at auntie's house. :)
We purchased the mesh screen door to put on our back French door to keep the insects from coming in and allowing our dogs to go in and out. It is so easy to put up and we can actually leave the door open for fresh air to come into the house. I would highly recommend this product.
