Once I paid for shipping it was sent within 2 hours. It took only 4 days to receive my package after. I'm so happy with everything and have already made my next purchases. I have been a customer of Yoybuy since 2015. The first two years were pretty good. Yoybuy was fairly reliable. But after 2017, the service declined dramatically. Yoybuy is supposed to place a priority on the issues Merchant-level members face, but this has not been my experience. When Yoybuy loses packages or does not carefully inspect items received from merchants, it will try every trick to shift responsibility onto the customer, even if shipping insurance has been paid.

To make matters worse, when Yoybuy takes several months to deliver a forwarded parcel, its inept accounting system will time out for confirmation of received parcel with the parcel still in transit. This will preclude customers from receiving coupon points for the parcel. Why? Because Yoybuy required several months to deliver the forwarded parcel.

In these situations, Yoybuy refuses to accept responsibility and will always scheme to find a way to make customers pay for its own ineptitude.

I ordered a rare water cooling system for over $500, Yoybuy shipped it to me twice but failed twice because they didn't ship correctly. I then opened a case with paypal. A new tracking number was given there, I got a cheap Iphone case, watch out, there is no end to cheating here.

I bought few PC motherboards on Taobao using Yoybuy service and my experience was much better than I expected, seriously, it's awesome. Just few things are worth to mention:
1) Parcels arrive to Canada during pandemic no problem, with tracking provided. I've got two already;
2) Customer service is very responsive, they handle possible issues with Taobao sellers on your behalf;
3) Detail pricing (item price, storage, insurance, service, Paypal, shipping...) is available before you buy something. I didn't know before that there are so many different fees, LOL. It's still better than on Aliexpress;

Overall, it's highly recommended.

Do not check the goods, order came with all in wrong color/ size, also miss some.

This site can very well scam you, probably they fulfill low value orders so that they get the slightly higher ones where they grab the money and don't deliver.
Unfortunately I just ordered on their nice site goods from Taobao of ~$750 and they refused to fulfill the order, sent some scammer style emails that I should pay them again via western union for "security" reasons. I am now trying to make claims with Visa to recuperate my money, hope it would eventually work.
Awful experience. Do not do business with these crooks.

They are charging money for digital goods! Mentioning that item who cost 0.96$ need pay additional 6$ to be digitally delivered. My opinion that this not okay from you guys and this considers as scam! Most of Asians have same mentality and they will scam you if that's possible! Stay away from this website and safe your money!

Pleasant enough buying experience, but one of the items arrived damaged (beyond repair)... insurance was purchased against such an occurrence, but the after-sale service just aren't interested in dealing with this. Very disappointing.

yoybuy.com is trying in the sense that the help to translate Chinese language into English language for those who are not Chinese speakers. Their services are good because the help to make sure customers get the best when it comes to their goods.

Used yoybuy service about 3 times now. One of the times my items never arrived so I had to message customer service for almost half a year until one of the agents proplery responded and agreed to refund my purchase. Other two times went smoothly.

The quality i received is very great, i like it a lot very soft; but a bit disappointed because it was my first time order two shirt, and i got only one they refund one of the shirt back into my account, overall it is okay.The delivery may take a while like 3 weeks during covid 19.

Stylish ring in the form of branches with leaves. Seller says the ring is made of 925 silver. Delivered in a pretty handmade box. The ring wiil be good for the size 52 mm - 54 mm of the finger.

The product is made accurately, I havn't complaints about its quality. I've worn it for two month and the ring is in excellent condition. The store has a wide choice, I will come back to them for shopping!
