Been using YOYBUY for years, and they provided me great service when packaging my items. And They pack my packages no joke, but all safe and in boxes. And they also have super friendly customer service! Most of them would do the extra mile just for me to get my package.

The package was shipped in March and returned to their warehouse in China, it's October now and there is no news about the returned package. The insurance purchased along with the shipping fee has no use so you basically risk losing all your goods and the shipping fee.

The Yoybuy team is really very efficient. They inform the buyer of all the details related to the order. They check the condition of the item, its correct protection and packaging. I shop on taobao for unique items not sold to American market. Prices are cheaper but that's not the point. First order was sent to Yoybuy. It took 53 days for me to receive the package. However it arrived safe with no damage. The 2nd times I used Yoybuy was super fast. I was impressed. In about 3 weeks, my pack arrived. I only write good review for company that does good.

On Yoybuy the customer service is really the best. The storage time is for 3 months free. And the bigger is your shipment a lower cost is in your courier. So its a very good option I already use for longer time.

This service is OK if everything goes smooth, if something wrong happens with your transaction (my package didnt arrive after 1 month, and there is no tracking update since 12/8/16) they do not take you side or try to resolve the problem with shipping company, they start to lie you and do not provide any real help. They do everything (trying to find any reason) in order not to give you compensation.The level of service in a problem situation is very low. There is no buyer protection that you get for example on eBay or Amazon.

I'm quite satisfied with YOYBUY. When I wanted some items on the Chinese webshop Tmall, I could just order it with a Chinese address. When Yoybuy got the item, they offered immediately to forward it to my home address. This for a reasonable price.
What impressed me is their shipping speed (always less than 24 hours) and speed of their customer service (you get a response within an hour during business hours).
