Been using Yoybuy for a while now, and always get my stuff fast. They reply to my questions and request fast, packaging is always neat ans secure. Usually to Canada it takes 7 days for stuff to arrive, which is very fast! I will continue buying there. :)

I have buy a product for small amount 5$ but they offer me a very expensive shipping method (Fedex) 48$ plus fees of service. I have asked them many times to change to cheap shipping method like China air post... but they refused I become tired of writting them email, but no result. It is better to not use their service and stay away from them

My relationship with Yoybuy started during the epidemic and nothing good came of it. The product was lost. The money was returned. I decided to try again and the result exceeded my expectations. I liked everything - the speed of order execution, the quality of execution. When it turned out that my product size does not pass for delivery by the company that I paid for Yoybuy independently changed the company and without any additional payment. 25 days from order to delivery to the door is great. And there are no complaints about the product - what you need and everything is delivered intact and without scratches. So I'm for Yoybuy!

The delivery was fast, and the packaging was excellent, didn`t damaged. Ithelps me to save much money, the most important thing is that I can buy want I want from Chinese online shops, it`s really cheap here.

The given service I use recently all perfectly, purchase, assemblage of the order (all separately packed) and sending to the country of destination. I can recommend, the first order was for a small amount of $ 50, the second order is already $ 150. Everything was perfect.

I requested a refund for pre-ordered item that I decided I no longer needed. Item wouldn't be released until early next year so, the only thing I had done was pay Yoybuy the initial price + fees for the item. In the end I had to go through PayPal to get the refund. Yoybuy's rules say your refund will be returned by original payment but, that is not true. They refund it to your Yoybuy wallet and then ask you to transfer from there to your PayPal account. Customer Service Chat will not help you. They will pretend to be nice and call you "Dear" and "Sweetie" but when ask them to follow their own rules the "niceties" stop and they get very rude.
If you start a PayPal claim/dispute against Yoybuy for their shady practices they will freeze/lock your account without warning.
Thankfully, since I paid with PayPal I was able to get my refund.

Be careful when using this site and be extremely wary if you're going to use something like a debit card or gift card that works like a credit card

No way to delete your account / remove your personal details from their system!
When I asked them to delete it, they refused and just told me not to worry about it.
Now like 8 years later they're sending me emails asking me to rate them 5 stars everywhere.

Taobao.com site I found a very long-looking akg k3003 diy kit. But unfortunately, there's no overseas mail, so I couldn't buy it. That's when i found it on yoybuy. Terrible service! Spent almost $200 on clothing to be shipped to USA. Package arrived to NY, THEN got returned back to China. I was confused as to why this happened and immediately demanded it to be reshipped or refunded. Its been over 4 weeks and they have done neither. Im very upset with this company and I would NEVER recommend them to anybody!

I made my own research which one was the most secure taobao agent and I found Yoybuy being the most popular and with more options than other sites and I tried their service. I received my package safely and the site is friendly user with a lot of payment and shipping methods and what I like the most is the very quick and efficient support service. I will use it very often.

Price is expensive and slow delivery, tooks almost 3 weeks to receive by using epacket, estimate delivery is 7 days and cost is 11 usd. Have use another forwarder before which is cost 5 usd and delivery time is 4/5 days only, not recommended for malaysia people. DM to my inbox if you would like to now thats cheap reasonable price and receive quickly.

The quality i received is very great, i like it a lot very soft; but a bit disappointed because it was my first time order two shirt, and i got only one they refund one of the shirt back into my account, overall it is okay.The delivery may take a while like 3 weeks during covid 19.

Youbuy is for me the easiest way to buy from Taobao-website. The have done that for many years now. Their software is easy to understand and secure. Important is also that their people write very well in English. My hope is that they expand their services more to other websites. They look into that. But for the rest: perfect and recommended.

I will rate this poor all they can think of is their side only not the buyers side. They did not allow me to use my credit card for the amount of $227.34 and said for security purpose and they advice me to use money transfer. How about myside if i didn't receive my item?. It's difficult to trust money transfer..
