I havent even received my order yet and have so many problems with this website/customer service. I ordered two very cheap things. One of those things was suddenly out of stock. They then asked me for 18 dollars worth of shipping and handling. I mailed them it was too much, asked if I could get a refund. It wasnt possible. They told me to just buy more so it would be worth the effort. So I surfed the Chinese webshops for some other cheap things. One amongst those things was an umbrella, which after many weeks they told me was too big to go through customs and pay us more for air shipping. I went back and forward with them about how its not my fault the umbrella is too big and that its decent customer service to just take that shipping money out of the money I ALREADY PAID THEM. It still wasnt possible and suddenly the reason for asking more money was the weight. Absolute LIARS. Their story changes every time I ask about my goods and they have never heard about good customer service. When my goods arrive I will NEVER buy from this site again.

The service i have received from this site is ridiculous. We have order Samsung Washing machine PC board, after making the payment we have forced to wait up to 14 days for the item arrive to YouBuy Warehouse, as for very strange reason the seller was unable to send the item.

After another 40 days of waiting we finally have received the parcel. Guess what we have found there, yes Samsung Washing machine PC board, used, with broken parts, dusty, smelly board. After investigating the board we can see that the board has been taking from the old broken washing machine and we clearly can see that there is a sign of repairing as there was a different half way silicone filling through the top of the board.

The item was advertised as brand new, but we have received used with burn smell, broken with dust covering the board.

This is unbelievable. We have contacted the company to get some explanation and have send them multiply emails regarding that matter.

There is no customer support to deal with your issue. We will dispute this case with our bank.

Would I recommend this company, "ABSOLUTELY NOT", stay away. If you ever want to buy anything from China please use trusted sites, like AliExpress.

This was my first time using any proxy service. I am from Pakistan. Since PayPal service is not available in my country, I was relieved to see that I could use other payment options on this website, because many other proxy sites do not have such payment options. I had been in constant contact with the CSR and they helped me with every question that I asked. They also helped me with writing the waybill(as per my requirement) which led to a smooth custom clearance here. Everything reached me in perfect condition. Except for two small photocards boxes with dents. The parcel was quite heavy in weight so I am surprised & delighted how everything came in perfect condition. As I constantly asked them to pay attention to minimise damage. And I am very happy for that reason. I personally think it is an easy to use website for everyone. I did read many reviews before placing orders with them, I was not quite sure but my experience was great with them. I haver placed my second order with them already. I must mention that the shipping fees is high, but I don't think there are any cheap shipping fees when it comes to proxy sites. As I searched quite alot before using this one. Hopefully, yoybuy maintains their standard and good services in future.

Recently used their forwarding service which is very economical. Shipping was fast even 90 days storage is free in their warehouse. 100% sure i'm gonna use their service again

At the beginning, they were 5 stars. They were responsible for orders that were bad. That doesn't happen now.
I received an order for 5 sneakers, which were not the same as the advertisement, and they offered me 1 dollar to compensate. Are you kidding correct?
Now they say they are going to talk to the seller, but on their website it says "If you received a damaged parcel, found a discrepancy in the weight of the parcels, or received goods with disappearance size, color, pattern, quality, complications, or discover the loss of property, etc. - You can apply for compensation ".
Compensation that they don't want to give me.
Second problem, a few months ago, I asked to separate an order in 3. I didn't pay anything. Now, I ordered the same, and had to pay another 100 dollars. Since orders are paid by weight, how do I pay x on a 9 kg order and then pay 3x for 3 kg orders. IT IS THE SAME WEIGHT IN TOTAL
They stole so much money.
Now, I have a forgotten order in Lithuania. Their answer? The order is in your country, you can pick it up. Problem? I live in Portugal.

CONCLUSION: The more money you spend on the yoybuy site, the less value they give you as a buyer.

Since the pandemic, they dont have many of their shipping options anymore. Not really their fault but everything is way more expensive to ship. Half a year ago, i shipped something using their service after taking their advice... something was fishy since they said to put the destination country to be China even though I told them I live in the US. Anyways. The package didnt arrive of course and they never gave me a tracking number. I did bought their "insurance" which means i get shipping refunded at least if the package was lost. They insist that the package is stuck in customs, but again no tracking number just their words. When i email to asked about it, every 2 weeks, they keep telling me to be patient. Finally they said they will just refund me the shipping... 2 week later no refund. I asked about it, and they said its not lost just stuck in customs. Its been half a year! I asked, how long do i have to wait to be considered lost then? I bought insurance for god sake!
And they never respond back to me for over a week. I swear I will never used this service again! Just a bunch of fraud! I wonder if it is possible to have my bank do something about it since it's a service that was never fullfill. Please just stay away.

It took about two weeks to ship to canada. The package was not damaged, the product was good. Everything is good! I already told my friend to use YOYBUY as well. PERFECT!
