YoyBuy is a great site for buying chinese good quality products, if you don't understand chinese websites such as TaoBao and you don't have an address there also, you just copy-paste the page of the product that you like and YoyBuy will translate what it says and also set you the shipping from the China warehouse to wherever you want. It's awesome! 10/10

It is a top quality service, they help you get what you want to buy to import into your country and at a very accessible cost, the customer service is very friendly in solving your doubts and clarifications, and the most important thing is that you can buy for yourself. Own account and send it to your warehouse that they provide and to import it to your country you can choose the quantity of products and which products to pack so that the shipment is cheaper, without a doubt it is a very good company.

I order several exclusive taobao items, they collect everything and send it to my country, most of the packages came very fast, and when one of them are delayed, they have a very good customer service

I bought few PC motherboards on Taobao using Yoybuy service and my experience was much better than I expected, seriously, it's awesome. Just few things are worth to mention:
1) Parcels arrive to Canada during pandemic no problem, with tracking provided. I've got two already;
2) Customer service is very responsive, they handle possible issues with Taobao sellers on your behalf;
3) Detail pricing (item price, storage, insurance, service, Paypal, shipping...) is available before you buy something. I didn't know before that there are so many different fees, LOL. It's still better than on Aliexpress;

Overall, it's highly recommended.

Based on my experience with Yoybuy so far, I'd say it enabled and really facilitated my purchase of overseas products.
The items were promptly bought on the same date of order. It didn't take long for their arrival. It was most important that quality was examined before delivery.
When I had questions with orders, I received timely and helpful responses from agents via live chats. Although the shipping cost was a bit high, there were discounts for DHL and EMS.
Overall, using this site was an enjoyable process.

My name is Iskandar, I'm from Uzbekistan. I have been using yoybuy for about 6 years now. All goods arrive on time. There is a possibility of fast express delivery through courier companies. You can also get holiday coupons for which you can order goods.

The site is very convenient, the consultants are always responsive.

I Use them for their forwarding parcels service.
1- I buy direct from Tmall and Taobao where each shop ships it Yoybuy.
2- You get email prompts listing the weight, parcel code and date logged.
3- I check the parcel codes and sometimes the weights to those listed on my Taobao/tmall delivery orders.
4- though rare, If a parcel has not been logged within 2 days of the Taobao Delivered Notification, I send Yoybuy an email. They are very quick in responding to emails and finding wayward parcels:)
5- the greater the weight the cheaper per kg it becomes. Quick delivery times. Mine normally come between 4-7 days of sending.
Important to remember: If you pay by PayPal, it adds funds to your Yoybuy account rather than directly paying it. You just go to the parcel and pay it with these funds, almost as quick as the direct card payment.
Any over payment of weight gets refunded to your Yoybuy account and then you use it off my next parcel :)
