I made a big mistake of purchasing YuppTV monthly subscription for my parents who were visiting and the subscription started on Sept 14th, 2018. I took the monthly one because I thought I can cancel it anytime when I don't need it. I used the online chat today requesting to cancel my subscription and the chat person said it will canceled by this month i. E. Nov 30th. So basically I'm forced to pay a full subscription for another month but services will be provided for half the time. The customer service person didn't give any valid reason but just a blunt message that if he raises cancellation request it will be end of the month. And a very nice thank you message for simply cheating customers. I would never recommend anyone to use YuppTv. I will make sure I share this all my friends on social network.
