Takes your money and computers, never fixes and only returns your money and device under threat of filing police report. Continuously gives you excuses (my phone quit working, ups did't run, I'm sick, never received messages - phone or voice). Requested tracking number to prove he had actually ordered the part and he refused. He quit responding and had his wife contact me. Then when I demanded he meet me at a certain date and time he was a no show, I contacted and his wife responded it would be 15 more minutes. When they finally showed he refused to show and sent is wife. Since my experience I have come in contact with numerous other people that have had the same experience but have never gotten their money or laptops back. He's very unprofessional, refuses to keep customers in the loop as to what's going on and I feel if I had not threatened to get police involved I would have never gotten my money back or my laptop.
