Please don't order from this company. I ordered two formal dresses from them that took three weeks to come, and the package was delivered when I was away on a business trip. When I got back, I tried the dresses on and found out that they were too big and not very flattering. So that same day, I went online to their website and started a live chat. With customer service, to initiate a return, I was told that their return policy was seven days and that my package had been seven days from delivery of the package. Well, I was nine days from delivery of the package, and I had been away, so I knew that I was going to fit into that seven-day window. She said she could not. This is their policy. It's to be fair to all their customers. So I asked that a higher-up look at this, and I could speak with them. She said that she would send the ticket up, and I would receive an email. So two days later, I received an email basically stating what the first representative told me, that the return policy was seven days, no exceptions, just they had to be fair to their customers, and they offered me a $20 coupon for my next purchase. I am not that stupid that I am ever going to order from this company again, and that $20 was insulting. I am now stuck with two formal dresses, a balance of $300. Do not order from this company. They have awful customer service. They don't try to make any amends. They're not very flexible, and the quality of these dresses is so subpar that it's awful. Do not waste your money. Do not waste your time. Stay away from this company.
I ordered a mens blazer using the dimensions on their size guide but the blazer that arrived was much smaller. Customer support was not helpful, no exchange, only offering a 10% refund, or a credit note to use with them if blazer returned at my expense.
Dress quality is not as their photos are described on their website. They're very cheap. The fabric is shiny and the lining feels like felt. It takes forever to ship, even with expedited shipping. They claim to have a return policy and when I initiated the return they offered me 10% off for the purchase of the dress. This is not what their return policy indicates. Straight trash!
Complete scammers
I deeply regret ever purchasing from this company. I ordered a dress from them a few months ago, but it was poor quality and not as described, so I promptly returned it. Fast forward three months, and I'm still waiting for my refund.
I've sent over 100 emails to their customer service, and every single response has been the same generic line: "I've escalated this issue." Yet, nothing ever happens beyond that. No confirmation, no timeline, no accountability. It's become clear they're just stalling and avoiding refunding my money.
At this point, I feel completely scammed. Avoid this company at all costs! They'll take your money, and when it comes to refunds, you'll be left chasing them in circles. Worst online shopping experience ever.
I bought the dress £133 and paid another £30 to return it, down the drain. I will my bank to dispute it, I worked really hard to earn that money I am not gonna let a few scammers take. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing.
Ordered a 3 piece suit for a wedding and when I recieved this it was way too small and they tried to tell me it's the correct size, the offered me 10% refund of purchase price which was $199 with postage and I could keep the goods which are absolutely useless to me... I'm disgusted with the customer service I recieved... I would never recommend anyone buying from this website... return address is China so how is this Australian made? Very dodgy
Bought a lovely frock for a special occasion but it was way too small & obviously not the size it claimed to be (without a size label inside). Sent 6 emails asking to returns & none of them were answered. Direct messaged them from their website - no answer. Messaged their Facebook account & still no answer. They need to learn how to provide a better customer service and upgrade the customer's experience to above $#*!.
After this review, customer service finally contacted me with return address details. Not happy that the dress 2 sizes too small was returned to me as address unknown even though I sent it to the correct return address. It wasn't cheap to return to China and I didn't receive a refund because of that Crap customer service AGAIN... :(
Be careful when ordering here. The sizes are incorrect on the site and their return policy is a lie. If you follow their return policy I t heir website, they will avoid having you send it back. Overpriced dresses at low quality standards and materials.
This is horrific. I could find better quality items on Wish or in a dumpster. The quality is awful, it's not even the same colour and it looks absolutely nothing like the pictures whatsoever. I'd rather dig up my rotting grandmother and wear her clothes than wear this. I paid way too much for an item this $#*!ty and shipping took over 3 weeks too (the website says 6 - 10 business days). Don't waste your time or money!

Dresses here, I paid €139 and on top of that I paid extra for fast delivery. But the dresses still arrived to late. The event where I wanted to wear one of them to had already passed. And the quality of the dresses is sooo bad, it looks nothing like the pictures. I contacted the client service to make a return but according to them I was already to late. Now they won't answer any of my calls or e-mails. I'm really pissed!
I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding. When the dress arrived it was completely the wrong color and they will not make it right or take my return without me paying to return it and placing a new order. How do I know I will get a refund or get the proper dress the next order? AND will it then arrive in time? First pic is dress I received vs. second pic is dress I ordered.
