It's disappointing, when you buy an item from Canada Zara home online, you are only allowed to return it through the Post at your expense; even if the destination is in your city, you are not allowed to drop it off! Even you can not drop off directly at Zara home shops. It is kinda punishment. Returning a 300$ light (6 kg) rug costs 93$ for us with FedEx! It is disgusting. It was our Last purchase from Zara Home. Not recommended at all

I can spend hours at his shop. Even it was the time when I started to love more Zara Home more than their clothes department. I can really spend the greatest part of my salary on goods from this store. Recently I bought clothes for home (shirt and joggers), a bathroom set (soap dish, stands for toothbrushes and shampoos), towels and silk linen and I wanted to buy more, but at the moment decided that that was enough for one day. The clothes are of high quality, I have not seen any defective or broken accessories, textiles with protruding threads or dirty napkins in the store of our city. I love this store! I can't leave without a purchase! I updated the kitchen textiles, and the bed linen now smells just uniquely and this is all thanks to sprays and aroma diffusers. After ironing, I spray it on the bed linen - the aroma is divine!

I had a horrible experience with Zara Home. They sent me a stained rug and won't return it because I am not home between 12 to 5 Monday to Friday. People work, you can't expect them to lose a day of work to return a damaged item that YOU sent out. Terrible company, buyer beware!

More than Zara I love Zara Home! You can find everything at this store and when you come to this you will definitely buy something and do not go empty-handed, cause they have really nice things. I really love the cutlery sets, plates, blankets, home clothes (they have so cute pajamas that you can wear them outdoors, cause they look like expensive outdoor clothes, everything is made from high-quality material. I have a cotton shirt and trousers and they are perfect)
I have bought some beautitful, on trend pieces from Zara home. So aesthetically pleasing. Great vases and decor pieces. However, sometimes the quality doesn't reflect the price. I had to return a rug I bought as it was fraying within a few days, even though it was a pricey rug. Easy to purchase online or in store. Easy delivery and returns options.
Sara Home Dubai Mall- Very Bad service! Worse experience! They promised to deliver the items in 2 days however the items were never delivered. When calling the showroom to follow up, from 10 am to 6 pm no one picked up the phone, and when we manage to get connected they said the store is too busy to answer the call. Our goods were never delivered as we have to pick them up ourselves in the showroom. The Goods were not properly packed. They were just packed with clear tape.
The two waffle bath towels I bought from Zara Battersea Power Station (BPS) produced so much fluff in my washing machine that my dark trousers and sweat shirts were covered with fluff in a subsequent wash (and I checked - no tissues were left in my trouser pockets). I went back to Zara BPS to see if I could exchange the towels for something else. Deborah, who attended to me there, said I couldn't without a receipt, which I had misplaced. I was so disappointed I just left the towels there. They were no good to me. My disappointment is not only with the poor quality towels but also with the lack of goodwill from Zara. I will definitely not recommend this store to my friends or members of my family.
I am very sad to report that i had the worse customer experience of my life today after visiting ZARA HOME at the MALL of Cyprus in Nicosia.
The branch manager Tamara was super rude to me and to the customer before me. She was acting like a queen, like she owns the place. I asked her to tell me the price of a product and she answered to me in anger and irony. She was also very rude to other members of the staff, she used scare tactics on her.
This toxic experience has made me sick, how can it be possible the branch manager of a huge international brand to treat the customers and staff in such a demeaning way?
I was a big fun of the brand but after this experience i had today i feel that i don't want to ever step foot in a ZARA HOME store again in my life.
I am very disappointed with the way she treated me, i demand ZARA HOME to reply to my email and to inform me on what actions they will take.
The worst return policy i have ever encountered. All costs are on the customer, and they will not accept returns in store. Poor quality and cheap fabrics.

I am writing this after 15 days, 9 attempts with customer service via chat, 5 emails, and one PayPal dispute later. We placed 3 orders over one week with ZARA Home totaling well over 300 dollars, but we received a partial delivery with one item missing. Missing item was $19.99. Being the good consumer, immediately contacted customer service detailing we did not receive the largest (in size) item from our order, and after two different customer service agents, we were assured it was on its way, we were given a tracking number, and sent an email with the same details, and told it would be a few additional days since it was coming from Spain. Well, tracking number was useless and never showed up as valid, and ZARA Home when contacted again changed their story to-- "All items were delivered"... We tried politely clarifying this was obviously wrong, as they themselves had previously CONFIRMED via email and chat, and that went nowhere. Vague answers, customer service hanging up on us…mind you, all we did was ask polite questions and firmly request someone resolve the issue or refund us. NOTTA! So, PayPal dispute was the only way forward. What a complete lack of customer service, transparency and accountability. I mean, it was an almost spectacular display of horrible service.

Avoid at all costs, but if not, be prepared for pricy shipping, hazy customer service at best, and to possibly pay for items you simply never receive.

I ordered a blazer online, and when I received it and tried it on, the shoulder pads stuck out and looked ridiculous. I put it back in the packaging, and I immediately sent it back for a return the same day I received it. 10 days later I still hadn't received the refund, even though the tracking info stated that they had received it 4 days after sending. When I called to inquire about why my refund had not yet come through, they told me that the warehouse rejected it and sent it back to me, because it was not in new shape and had already been worn! I had only tried it on and put it back in the original packaging with all tags still attached. When I asked to speak to a manager because there was a mistake, I was told there was no manager and nothing I could do. It was basically my word against theirs. I am now disputing the charge. I also did not receive one single email about my return or about the so-called issue they were claiming. So very frustrating and ridiculous.

I purchased a pair of felt clogs from Zara Home in December. The size I ordered is a size US 6, which according to ANY size converter you google, is a 36 EUR. I was sent a EUR 39, which is a 8/8.5 (womens) US. Zara Customer Service, have refused to pay for the shipping to have this returned to them for a refund.
I refuse to pay more than the shoes value to get it shipped back to them, as this error is not on me, it is on them. The label on the shoe states a 6, but and EU 39, this is NOT ACCURATE, and is clearly a typo.
I was advised by a Zara Home rep Maria, to consult the size guide on Zara to ensure I got the correct size, I did exactly that, and the Zara website shoe size guide stipulates that a US 6 = EU 36, again proving to me that I was sent the incorrect size.
ZaraHome, take some responsibility for this error and send me the waybill to get this shoe returned to you for refund.

Dont buy if you are uncertain about their sizing on their clothing items. Innacurate & Unhelpful!
