Ordered General Tso's boneless wing meal, NO SAUCE, ordered Buffalo blue salad, NO SAUCE, our whole order was wrong. Octavio at drive thru talked so fast, you couldn't understand him. Terrible experience!

I've ordered Zaxby's online a few times now, and about 75% of the time I do get the food, but it's consistently half an hour to an hour after it's supposed to get here. Twice now it hasn't come at all. Good food that I really like, but ORDER IN ADVANCE!

I had an order of 10 traditional wings with wimpy sauce and the wings were either fried to nothing or they threw old wings in the fryer. They were inedible!

I have been in Alaska for the last 10 years. We do not have any banks, restaurants, fast food, atm's, gas stations, grocery stores, etc. I was so confused with the menus of the fast food down here. I asked my friend to write down exactly what they wanted. So I would not get it wrong, because there are so many new things on the menu in the last 10 years. Handed my list at the drive-thru to a young lady with a tablet. My order was completely wrong. Ordered a kid meal grilled cheese Coke no ice. Got the kiddy meal but with diet Coke. Ordered wings and things combo wimpy flavor no Zach sauce,but ranch. Ordered five extra fingers no Zack sauce. Ranch instead. Four extra ranches. 1 large peach tea. I got 10 fingers and a large order of fry no seasoning on the fries on any order. Got no extra sauces. Received no wing and thing combo. They did ring me up correctly for what they put on my order but it is not what I wanted. I was calling to inform them of the mistake but I did pay for what they did give me. The young gentleman Frankie completely handled me very politely and gave me a complete new meal. At no charge to me. This surprise and impressed me. I am very very appreciative of how well they took care of me. Others have had this experience and just feel justified they fixed it. But I am very appreciative for what they have done. This goes above and beyond taking care of a customer and making sure that I was happy. They make me feel special.

I want to start by saying zaxbys definatly has amazing sauces, but a while back my wife made a order for Me to pick up after work for the family and she ordered 30 sweet and spicy boneless wings, LET ME TELL YOU WHAT, that in my opinion is the best sauce I've had on wings period and I've had wings from pricey expensive sit down places
When they made this sauce they must have personally got the recipe from the sauce boss himself, and pair it with a ranch dipper... pure euphoria! Well done zaxbys the sauce has a great sweetness to it with a subtle kick that smacks them taste buds just hard enough to wake up your salivary glands! And trust me I'm normally a spice guy love hot wings love the hottest of hot sauces but this is a elegant nice flavor to just give your blistered mouth a break from the tongue torching inferno sauces. Well done zaxbys!

I went to Zaxby's a couple weeks ago and my food made me deathly ill. The chicken was not cooked all the way through and i was sick for an entire weekend. Be safe and be aware.

Last night I ordered dinner for my son and myself at Zaxbys 8334 Ikea Blvd Charlotte, NC ******* *******320. After I ordered I notice majority of the employees wearing their mask on their chins. Some of the employees were playing around, dancing, joking and not doing anything. My order was placed at 6:37 pm for on Fried House Salad and one fried Cajun Club Meal in which I paid $18.81. The store was not packed or crowded and I have pictures of some of the employees not wearing mask appropriately and customers who were waiting for their orders to show how the employees wore their mask and to show the store was not packed. At 7:06 pm (30 minutes later), I have a picture of my watch inside the store verifying I was still waiting, my order was still not ready. I approached the counter and requested for the General Manager information. The employee got the store manager who said she just got done making the salad base and it would be another 5 minutes before the salad would be done. She did tell me the General manager name is Danielle. And nothing else. At 7:18 pm my order was completed and incorrectly. My son got the wrong sandwich, he did not get the fried club sandwich meal he ordered and I got the wrong salad, instead of the house salad I got a salad with Buffalo chicken tenders, some nuts in the salad and the wrong dressing. Also my son's fries were cold. I could not wait no longer for this store to correct the order since we had an event we had to be at at 7:30 pm.

I had it once when we were driving through Florida 45 minutes later I was very sick and was sick for about 4 days. Never again will I eat here.

I WISH I COULD TAKE GIVE NEGATIVE STARS! I HAVE 3 HAIRS IN A ZIP LOCK, EACH FROM CLEARLY FROM A DIFFERENT PERSON. MANAGER REFUSED TO HANDLE THE SITUATION UNLESS I DRIVE 25 MIN BACK TO THE RESTURAUNT WITH ALL OF THE FOOD. THEN HUNG UP ABRUPTLY (MARY OR MIRAM.) 3RD STREET, WINTER HAVEN FLORIDA. BEWARE.
I SUFFER WITH AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE. TWENTY DIPPED WINGS JUST DUMPED OVER CONTAINERS OF RANCH - COMPLETELY COVERED. UNSANITARY. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. BEWARE!

I went to zaxbys on commerce GA and ordered a house salad fried. They ended up giving me a grilled house salad and the salad had staples in it how gross!

I went through the drive thru and part of my order was missing. The dining room isn't opened so I knocked on the window to get help. The lady in line ask if my order was wrong while opening a container. And her order was wrong too. She gave the cashier the box and the cashier had the nerve to say to me here this is your order. I TOLD HER NO I'm NOT TAKING THAT I NEED A NEW ORDER AND SO I HAD TO WAIT AGAIN.

Food is great always hot Crisp fries could use some work on being hot… drinks are great service is quick and great!

The manager Troy got my order all wrong and then Him and the. Other employees were playing in the back and then He told me for each order that was wrong he would of had to charge me

I ordered the Signature Chicken from Zaxbys on Stantonburg in Greenville NC. I paid 17.00 for 2 salt and chicken sandwiches with salt fries. Blah! Never again.

People who are saying it is bad food you might think that but food is food everyone has different taste buds and the people that say it is dry maybe you should put some sauce on it.

Insane that you can't call store to order pick up order. Was told had to go through the app that wasn't working. You don't deliver and no curbside. Horrible customer service!
