Zaxby's Website is VERY annoying. I Completed my order, went to check out as a guest and a RED window popped up telling me since I had a account, I had to use that to checkout! Bull $#*!! If I want to check out as a guest, I should NOT BE FORCED to use an app I didn't feel like using! They have a block to check if you want to check out as a guest. If you don't want people to check out as a guest, DON'T PUT A "CHECK OUT AS A GUEST" option on your website!
What the hell is wrong with you people? 20.00 for 5 damn wings. 5 wings cut in half for 20 damn dollars is ridiculous
What can I say? Went there for the first and last time today. Ringgold location. Kristen who was at the window messed up my order. I realized after I drove away. Had to navigate and turn around because it is all road construction down that road. Got back and there were 8 cars in line. I had waited 17 mins when there was just two in front of me. I pulled over and went to the window since you can no longer go inside. She even admitted substituting my coke for diet coke without telling me saying they were out of regular coke. Told I wanted a refund for the soda. Waiting almost 10 mins told her my food was getting cold. I asked if I would get new food she said if I gave the food to her I would get a refund. I went to get the food and a truck pulled up and so I went to the door and knocked to give her my food. It was ignored. I called on my cell. I was ignored. So I had to wait until I could get to the window again. Gave her my food and then had to wait about 10 mins more. Someone else came up and gave me cash. Didn't credit my card. These days you don't know where cash has been. Asked to speak to a manager. Another 7 to 8 min wait and up comes Kristen again saying she was the manager. I asked for her manager's number. Waited another 5 or 6 mins and she hands me a receipt and argues with me now saying I ordered a diet coke which I certainly did not. She just admitted 30 mins before that she substituted it because they were out of regular coke. She says to just leave a survey and closes the window. I knew her name because of her name tag and she refused to give me contact info for her manager.
As an UberEats driver, every time I have a pick up at Zaxby's (Regency), they are making the food delivery personnel fix customers drinks. That is not my job. I do not work for Zaxby's. It's not MY order, so I should not have to fill the drink cups. If something goes wrong with a drink, I don't want to be held accountable for something going wrong. Keeping contact to a minimum doesn't not include me touching the drink cups any more than I have to. NOT PRACTICING SAFE HYGIENE. I feel that drive thru customers should get out of their cars and make their own drinks if Zaxby's is to lazy to finish filling a drink order. Each time, I get an order, I will refuse to fill the drink order and I will walk out. UberEats has confirmed that it is not my job and I DO NOT WORK FOR ZAXBYS.,
I enjoy eating here except the recent time where my food ended up making me sick and gave me bad diarrhea and stomach pains. I don't plan on eating here again.
Food old and overcooked. Slaw bout puked it was so bad and spoiled. I use to love their food but it has gone downhill. Half the time anymore just bad service
Oder a meal with double fries and only got to fries with my meal. Zabys is expensive and I would like for my food to be $#*!ing right and I order to plates and 7 fries a piece on each.
Worst app of any restaurant...it says it can't apply reward because it's not in my cart...bull...I put it in twice...still says can't apply reward because it's not in my cart...screw zaxbys...
Bought the family meal for 4, and was incredibly disappointed in the size of the chicken fingers. They were the size of run-of-the-mill wings at other restaurants. I've bought the Big Zax Snack a number of times, and never felt like the serving size was puny. The uploaded image includes a 3-inch French fry for comparison.
I've ordered online previously, but had difficulty trying to do that yesterday. It looks like you have to create an account to do that now, or download the app. Because I don't frequent the restaurant, I didn't want to do either. I called in my order for pick up at he drive through (so I wouldn't have to wait any longer than absolutely necessary because I had HANGRY people in the car), and they told me to just wait until I got there to order because they were not busy. When I insisted they take my order, they had difficulty taking payment over the phone.
And then when I went through the drive through and told them I ordered ahead, they told me they didn't have the order. So I ended up waiting anyway.

Had to place order 4 times ladies were laughing. When she finally took order she made the remark that this on didn't give a damn. I let her know that I heard her and she shouldn't be talking about the customer like that and I didn't give a damn.
I drove around to the window.
They had a sign Peach Tea $1.00. So I inquired. The lady said they were out. Paid for my order and asked where were my fried Pickles. The lady replied. Oh you wanted fried Pickles. I told her I ordered them 4 times and if they had not been laughing maybe they would have heard me. The lady replied well you will have to wait for them to cook. So I passed.
Got home with food. The wings were either overcooked or had been cooked for a while. They were dry and hard. Nasty. Both orders cold. Salad was OK but instead of a garden they still put fried chicken which we had to pick out. I was very disappointed in all of the order. This was at Zaxbys Covington bypass

I was shocked when I ordered a salad and coke, and noticed the price increases over $3.00.
I won't be going back that's ridiculous.
I picked up a simple meal for my wife and I. Inside, Alyssa took my order. It was correct, she made sure she got it right. She did, and it was delicious.
But... what I want to share with you, is the kindness she showed me. Just as Ranae did last week, Alyssa rewarded me for my kindness.
It felt great for her to tell, but I forgot to ask if I could give her a hug. This is what a want to say:
I'm sure many customers co. E by who may be less able to pay for their order than I. So I ask whichever employee rewards me again... remind me to give you my reward so you may assist someone who may struggling.
You will know by the look in their eyes and their downcast demeanor.
Treat them with even more kindness and service than you did me.
These are tough financial times for many.
Be a SHINING LIGHT to them, as you have been to me.

The chicken wings was cook to hard to eat,, looks like they were cooked earlier.the food is bad, an new employee every time i go.
The local restaurants are amazing. Good food, so-so prices, great people. But their website is absolutely hands down the single worst I have ever seen in my life, when it comes to design and functionality.
It took almost three hours and two calls to their corporate office to place one order. I'm not even exaggerating. Let's go over their deficiencies.
Go to their site and try to use "Forgot Password" to recover an account, using an email address that can't even exist. Try a top level domain that's impossible. See that? It shows that there's a phone number associated with it, but we know that can't be since we just made up an impossible email address.
Now imagine you have more than one personal email address and need to recover your account, without remembering which you've used. This can happen easily, say, if a couple has one account between them since they don't eat dinner separately. Then guess wrong and it'll look like your account has been taken over and personal information compromised.
Despite this glaring and obvious flaw in design, they call it a "security feature" and act like they don't understand when you call support. Let's simplify for them. Don't present the user with fraudulent information when their information security is of interest. Duh.
Let's talk about "Zaxby's Rewards". During checkout if a deal/coupon applies, the site tells you. And then it just might state that your order isn't eligible for the very discount the same site itself said you should use. What do they do in this instance? They ping your bank to make it look like they charged you but don't place the order. Again they show the user fraudulent information.
Noticing a trend? Zaxby's web designers don't seem to have any concept of integrity of information where the consumer is concerned, build functionality that breaks itself, and are too loose with customers' payment information.
As if that's not bad enough, their support pretends to be totally clueless.

Best Zaxbys hands down. I see a lot of a reviews of Zaxbys being terrible and I have had my fair share of bad experiences from other Zaxby's location. I will say it's easier for people to write negative reviews than good. It's unusual to find good reviews of places especially because many people are so quick to be distasteful and rude.
Anyways, Zaxbys in West Melbourne, Florida is by far the best location I've ever been to. Very nice people there, dining room is always clean. I've had a few problems from there but nothing the managers don't fix right away. Some of the cashiers are rude but I've recently haven't seen those employees which is a good thing because that leaves no rude cashiers.
All of the managers are super friendly. I've recently discovered through one of the managers that the owner is Matt Strickland. He owns other Zaxbys franchises. I can't recall all of them but some of them are these locations; St Augustine US1, Viera, Palatka, West Melbourne, Waycross GA.
If I am ever in one of those locations I can almost guarantee that it will be a good experience as I always have a good experience at Zaxbys West Melbourne.
Remember everyone, be kind to the employees that work fast food. It may seem easy to you but it can be stressful at times because of the rude customers, short staffing, harsh management. You never know what the situation is. If you have a bad experience, just remember, it's not all Zaxbys so don't take your frustration out on all of them.
They forget my zack sauce every God Dam time! And the employees act incoherent and dead af! The whole business can die in a hole for all I care!
