Initially it will work normally. Without notice they will charge extra fees. Then without notice they will deactivate functionalities on your account. They don't care at all, they simply say they will not solve it, ever. Now your money is lost/stuck indefinitely. I recommend everyone to file a police report and report them to the Bank of Lithuania.

I like the benefits of using the card like cashback for online shopping and nice exchange rate if paying in different currency.
Overall the app is simple and minimalistic. Also connected to Binance for withdrawals.

I am disappointed with my experience with ZEN due to their breach of agreements and disregard for my rights as a customer. I had initially discussed my intended account usage with their business manager, who approved my activities and confirmed that the risk level was acceptable. For nearly six months, I operated my account as agreed upon, with occasional inquiries from ZEN which were promptly and amicably resolved.

However, my account was suddenly blocked without any explanation or warning, stating that I now posed a high risk despite no changes in my account activities. It would have been reasonable for ZEN to inform me of any changes in their risk assessment so that I could adapt my approach accordingly.

Today, I reached out to ZEN again with detailed explanations and attached correspondence with the business manager. Their response was:

"I am sorry to inform you, but while we appreciate your diligence in explaining your situation, we will not be able to open a new account for you. The decision about the closure of your previous account is final and there is no possibility of opening a new one."

I find this situation highly disappointing and unprofessional, as it shows a lack of commitment to their customers and a disregard for the agreements made. I would advise caution when dealing with ZEN, as their actions can be unpredictable and their decisions seemingly arbitrary.

Evpoid on all cost.
I made a transaction to send my ETH as a top-up to my EUR account.
I generated the recipient's address using the ZEN app and used the address in Binance.
My tokens were taken
I was waiting for 30, and then my transaction did not get to ZEN and the balance is zero.
They ask me to wait...
The next day I contacted support
They said that the transaction expired so they didn't have money.
And asks me to contact the company that ZEN is using as a supplier of transactions ( so ZEN is a b2b partner with some company and is asking me Zen customer to ask for support from 3rd party company).
I contacted them and they replied after 2 days that they could not retrieve my tokens because the value is below 200 euros ( and the retrieval fee is 100).
I contacted again Zen support providing all the information and guess what they said, exactly the same like a broken record:
"According to our system indications, your transaction is expired. This means we haven't received any funds"

They do not take any responsibility for the service they provide Avoid all costs.

My example is just showing that they do not know what they do, they do not support you in any issue so how you can trust them with any money
