Very friendly and helpful staff, utilised both the email help system spoke to an advisor over the phone, great customer service across the board and helped me pick out a wonderful new memory foam mattress.

The site is really messy but my experience with the humans who run it has been amazing. Everyone responded to my queries really quickly and i had constant contact with customer support throughout the whole order process. They should clean up their site though so it looks more professional

I bought the memory foam mattress offered on their website back in October. Its been a few months so now i feel like I've officially broken it in and can write a proper review. It is very comfortable, spacious, and my dog loves it! We are fight over space on it actually - he loves it so much he wants to hog the bed for himself! The cheeky pup!

Luxury at its finest! I was a bit skeptical but the memory foam mattress I ordered from Zen Bedrooms and the king size comforter I ordered to go with it have been stupendous. Great purchase for a bargain price!

Complete customer service and after-sale care. I purchased a product from them back in Novemeber and they followed up all my queries quickly and politely, solving all my problems. It was a real pleasure to interact with a company that obviously cares about their customers. You don't see that often anymore!

I think this is one of the best bedding companies out there. I have purchased alot for client's in the past (I'm an interior designer for holiday homes) and I have had so many problems ordering quality mattresses and pillows for clients. This company has been prompt, easy to communicate with, and always delivered the goods in a timely manner. Not too mention, all goods, especially the mattresses, were really high quality. Its good to know that not every shopping site out there is a scam. I definitely recommend Zen Bedrooms.

I bought two gel-filled memory foam pillows from Zen Bedrooms. They are great! I am a big fan of the gel. It keeps my pillow cool and comfortable throughout the night - which is perfect because I HATE a hot pillow. I am one of those people who constantly flips there pillow throughout the night. The gel eliminates that night, so I can sleep comfortably without interruption.

Buyer beware. I bough a king size 8 in luxury foam mattress. It took 4 weeks to arrive. After opening, the mattress is 4 inches thick on the sides and 3 inches thick at the corners. Not even close to 8 inches. Nobody answers the phone. Don't waste your money.

I treated my daughter to a new winter comforter from this site and she absolutely loves it. I chose the microfiber option as she has had some issues with allergies before and it has been absolutely fine. Very tempted to get one for myself!

Lovely lovely comforters. Really really happy I ordered the "lightweight" option as it is the perfect amount of warmth for myself. I live in SoCal so its important to have a warm comforter for winter, but not too warm as it never really gets freezing. I also don't want it to be too hot in the winter. I'm really fond of the stitching. Looks to be good quality and like it will last a long time.

The site itself runs really slow which is annoying but the company is great. I found teh site easy to navigate, the order process was easy, and my delivery was quick so overall I would recommend to a friend

Superb! I bought the memory foam pillows and a king size comforter (microfiber comforter) in November and they are amazing. Really soft, perfect weight, never too hot and I am never too cold. The comforter drapes to the body rather than like sliding off... if you know what I mean. I hate a stiff comforter. This one is perfect!

Bought my memory foam mattress using a living social deal and it was very easy. Was just five steps to use the voucher and was offered a free upgrade. Only problem was the delivery was a little slow, but I wasn't worried. Thanks Zen!

Never going back to a "regular" mattress again! I used to sleep on a spring mattress with a feather topper. Over the years the springs have gotten creaky and sag, while the mattress topper has gotten flat and compact. I've gotten rid of both altogether and have never slept better. I don't feel like I'm slowly rolling towards the middle all night (like I had before) and my hips feel better (I think the compact feather made for a harder surface than my mattress!) In particular, my right hip is sooo much better. I usually sleep on that side so I think all the pressure builds up on that joint. All is amazing!

I ordered a king size comforter in the winter weight. It is perfect! Well designed, well manufactured. Great stitching that keeps the stuffing in, so no more lumpy comforters :) I really like the soft outercover as well, thought I have put a cover on it (for aschetic and cleaning reasons). A super great buy.

I bought a contour memory foam pillow from here for Christmas as a gift to my lonely single self and omg... who needs a man to hug with a pillow like that! Needless to say, I am "inlove" with my new contour memory foam pillows. The best!

I bought the memory foam pillows from there. I couldn't decide between the gel-filled and the contour memory foam pillows but ended up choosing contour. I love them! They do actually "contour" to my neck and head. I am a side-sleeper and they work perfect for me.

And who wouldn't? I ordered the "luxury" mattress and it has been amazing! Quality product, great stitching on the outcover so I know it will last a while. No stuffing - memory foam instead so I know its going to be a product that will last and last! My last mattress lasted 8 years - lets see if this one breaks the record!

Great quality bedding at affordable prices! I purchased pillows and a bedding set and both were great. Now I am interested in their memory foam products. Only shopping is dangerous!
