I am really happy with the purchase! It was a bit delayed but it's pretty understandable because of the pandemic. There's a good selection of shipping options. All items were extremely well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely use it again.

They have no control over the sellers on their site and they will take no resposibility for problems.
If, for example, a seller says that an item is new but it arrives in used condition, then you will have no recourse. Zenmarket will simply shrug and say that it your problem. You can't even leave a negative review for the seller.

I buy some card I paid first the product then a shipment or whatever was. Since the beginning was weird then I need to make another procedure to make the delivery was slow and impossible to afford unfortunally after 75 day they start to charge me to keep the product so silly I don't ask money to them to keep the money alredy give so then I need to cancel my item and find out my account is -1800 I know but is the true I get the money to pat 5000 ¥ the product but bad luck I don't imagine the shipment is 5499£ this is a scum 100% I don't have any problem with other site I pay that's it here they make complicated and alredy ready to steal you money at any occasion shame! I ordered Smooth Body Butter from them on January 14th, 2024. The package came and the tube of cream was damaged IN transit and the cream was ALL OVER the inside of the package. It was a mess, and half of the tube was emptied out in the package. I immediately wrote an email with pictures to them, asking for a replacement tube to be sent to me. I paid $29.99 plus shipping.
I have never heard back from them, and have sent NUMEROUS EMAILS to them asking for a response, but have not heard ANYTHING from them.

I've used Zenmarket about like 6 times and i've gotta say they are pretty straight forward with the payment systems and the 300 yen fee.The only real downside is often they just deduct the shipping within japan(from the seller to the warehouse) with out any real confirmation... like its not a huge deal but often sellers on yahoo auctions give this vague estimate for how much it'll be. So i recommend adding about $5-$15 extra when you wanna purchase an item via yahoo auctions japan just to be safe ( they do have the net of credit if u don't really care so that's really nice)

Please fully read the faqs !!! this site is honestly mostly meant for like anime merch not like food or really expensive items... like you can order some of that stuff but i'd stick to the basics ( figures, rare merchandise, cards etc etc)

I am from Peru, South America and love Japanese culture and music so much. Unfortunately, there are no stores in Peru that sell the stuff I like. It's so hard to buy directly from Amazon Japan! Or Yahoo! Shopping Japan but ZenMarket was my salvation: They can order their stuff on my behalf from so many Japanese online shops with a very little service commission fee of around 3 dollars per item and all the items go to their warehouse in Japan and they can ship them to me. There are several shipping methods to choose from. Lately, I've used the surface method (by ship) which takes longer but it's very cheap if you buy a lot of stuff. The packages always come without any problem and their customer service is the best. They all speak in English and reply very fast. I highly recommend it.

Don't use this service. They will trick you. I purchased some items and waited for the package for 2 weeks. However, they said they can't ship them to the US though they didn't mention it when I purchased. The cancellation fee was double my payment, which I think illegal, but they didn't change the policy. Finally, they suggested disposing of all items! Who can accept this? This is a real story I experienced in June 2020.

They have an arbitrary storage period, afterwhich they will charge you per day. I kept paying the storage fee, then they literally threw my item valued at ¥7500 in the trash!

I used ZenMarket for the first time to order trading card and other products from Japanese sites such as Mercari and Yahoo Japan Auctions, and the process was very smooth and transparent. Adding funds to my account was simple, and any questions directed to customer service were answered promptly (within 1 business day). The packaging was also stellar! Packing the parcel takes a few days, which I wasn't expecting, but after receiving the package, I can understand why it takes a while. Shipping with the Zen Express option was also good. I received my parcel within 2 weeks since the shipment date. Overall, a great experience, and I'll continue to buy with ZenMarket!

I cannot comment for those who have had issues but I bought the items they were sent to the warehouse and once everything arrived it was packaged and shipped. It took longer than expected but not by an unreasonable amount. This isn't amazon and things are not instantaneous particularly given the current pandemic but as long as you're rationally patient and don't expect miracles you shouldn't be disappointed. Customer service does take some time to respond but are helpful.
Once you have watched their YouTube tutorial, their website is really easy to use. Fees are cheap compared to the competition at only 300 yen per item - I think they may be the cheapest out there currently. However, I highly recommend that you watch the tutorial video or read one of their "how-to" blogs before using ZenMarket, as if you are new to proxy services, it can be a bit confusing at first.
It's all fine and dandy until anything goes wrong, such as the seller sending you a completely different item to what was listed.
They will do absolutely nothing about it, and have the audacity to charge you a further fee to dispose of it with zero reimbursement what so ever. They flat out refuse to report the sellers, stating it'll hurt their business (meaning they can't profit from others being scammed). The seller I purchased from relisted the identical item with the same pictures and description days after, with the intention to deceit, and they just shrugged their shoulders.
They've taken their commission and will milk more out of it.

Beware, this company is not honest. I purchased a trading card for my son... the shipping was advertised to be around 2 dollars... in reality the cost was over 20... the card cost less than 10. I wrote to cancel the order... they charged me a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the card and still charged more for fees (I am still not yet aware of what they are)... meanwhile they are still asking for more money to cover shipping costs of an item they have charged me to cancel... the shipping cost is nearly triple what the item is worth... so if I pay everything they ask, I will have purchased the item (twice) and paid more than twice that for shipping as well as some other fee... STAY AWAY FROM THIS if you want to keep your money

Do not buy from this company. I recently purchased two electronic goods and they packed the parcel with nearly 4Kg of material. It does not sound legit. It is not mentioned on their website how their packing process is and once you find out and want to change shipping method, they charge you repackage fee.
Communicating with them is a nightmare. They answer vaguely and only reply message once or twice a day.
I believe their company strategies to earn money is to charge customers high shipping fee and repackaging fee if the customer does not feel the shipping method is reasonable and wants to change it.

I've been using Zenmarket Pretty much every week.On yahoo auctions.And i dont have one complaint. Fair shipping costs no hidden fees. A "rewards" type system with a credit line for faithful buyers. Which is fantastic. Anything from In box neo geo cd system to rare anime collectables. It's not them taking time for shipping its the sellers on the auctionsAnd they deal with a lot of people. You have to be patient 10 out of 10 for me.

ZenMarket is THE proxy y'all are looking for! Aye! I ordered some One Piece figures and they arrived almost immediately! I was surprised on how good the packing was and how convenient the fees are. I heard they got delays but decided to try it anyways... can't understand the people complaining tbh! With me it was faster than fast! Thank you ZenMarket! They used to be an excellent Proxy business for items from Japan until come Covid19... They are the worst, right now, your items get stuck for over a month PLus... they don't care... for the same type of proxy service use Buyee more reliable based from Tokyo not from Osaka, no delays, save your headaches avoid zenmarket
Ordered rom ZenMarket before and I expected this time to be the same as last time. However, the money I transferred out of my bank account but wasn't placed on my ZenMarket account. I contacted costumer support since it's been longer than a week without receiving anything. They said they couldn't do anything about the issue and they didn't have any sight on when (or if) the issue would be resolved.
I understand that issues can happen from time to time, but the money has been taken and they refuse to take any responsibility for the mistake. Honestly I just want my money back.

I input my full address but for some reason, they system only captured my postal code and phone number. I was charged SGD 21.40 processing for incomplete address. Approached Zenmarket but they refused to admit fault.
My balance in the Zenmarket, i wanted to withdraw but was told that payments beyond 180 days cannot be withdrawn. Really angry. I had more than 7000 yen.
If not for the money that I had topped up to Zenmarket, I would have used Buyee.

I will never even go into zenmarket site! I placed an order in Sept 1, I still don't have the item. They suspended my account because I opened dispute against my purchase. I paid over $100 on a toy, beyblade. I've been requesting to cancel my order, they declined cancelation instead keep charging me STORAGE FEE? The worst customer service ever! When searching for items it’s best to look under its Japanese title. Another thing is prices, one thing I didn’t realize till a year or so after using a proxy site is you might have to pay extra for shipping to their warehouse on the item you’ve bought or won on yahoo auctions. After realizing that I’ve been more knowledgeable on purchasing certain items.

Recently used this site and I kinda want to post a really bad review of them. Your purchase is not safe with them, like really unsafe. Normally, if an item doesn't Deliver in a week, yahoo auction gives you 5 days to handle a refund. Unfortunately, Zenmarket doesn't care whether the item is delivered or not, so they don't request the refund.
I made a purchase on yahoo japan on Oct 20th, On the 30th I asked whether the item was shipped, and it wasn't. Maybe that's a good time to ask for a refund. But they had to tell me on November 10th that they got ghosted by the seller. So I'd be taking a 250$ loss and they can't help me.
TLDR: Use someone else that refunds you in case of non delivery, it's not impossible like they claim to be.
Probably will edit depending on results.
