The prescription entry process was a bit clunky, but the glasses for my daughter and myself arrived exactly as virtually tried on with good price and a quality product.
My glasses shipped 5 days ago. It took 6 days to get from Kentucky to Chicago. (did they walk?) Now they have been in Chicago 2 days, Even thought they emailed me and said they would arrive yesterday, they didn't. Now I have been told it will be 3-7 days to get from Chicago to my house which is 5 miles away, I could probably walk that distance 10 times in 3-7 days. I have ordered stuff from China that came faster. Never ever ever will I order from Zenni again. Their glasses are cheap, but you will die of old age before the arrive/

We were delighted to read that you are satisfied with your vision through the lenses, but we were sorry to read that the frame you selected – full-rim, round, acetate, spring-hinged, streaked gray “smoke” colored frame 4426612, with a frame width of 138 millimeters – is darker than you prefer. Consequently, we apologize for any disappointment you experienced as a result. Unfortunately, this frame does not come in another, lighter, gray model, just one in latte tortoiseshell (4426635). Therefore, if this issue is such that, despite your good vision through the lenses, you would like to return these standard progressive photochromic eyeglasses for one of our two refund options – either a 100 percent refund of the price of the glasses in the form of store credit to your Zenni account or a 50 percent refund to the credit card you used to pay for the order – we invite you to telephone Zenni Customer Service, at 1-800-211-2105, and anyone who answers will be eager to assist you with emailed instructions to return the glasses for the refund option you select. We will also email you a prepaid mailing label to use for return postage. We were sorry to read that apparently you did not view the enlarged picture of the frame using the 360° view, which would have shown that the temple arms are purple and black. Consequently, we apologize for any disappointment you experienced as a result.
