The prescription entry process was a bit clunky, but the glasses for my daughter and myself arrived exactly as virtually tried on with good price and a quality product.
My glasses shipped 5 days ago. It took 6 days to get from Kentucky to Chicago. (did they walk?) Now they have been in Chicago 2 days, Even thought they emailed me and said they would arrive yesterday, they didn't. Now I have been told it will be 3-7 days to get from Chicago to my house which is 5 miles away, I could probably walk that distance 10 times in 3-7 days. I have ordered stuff from China that came faster. Never ever ever will I order from Zenni again. Their glasses are cheap, but you will die of old age before the arrive/

When you receive the new frame with the nonprescription lenses, here is a how-to video, How to Replace Lenses in a Full-Rim Frame (we reviewed your orders and we saw that all the frames you have selected are full-rim frames with a tortoiseshell design), https://www.zennioptical.com/c/how-to#howto-replace-fullrim, found toward the bottom of the middle of every page of the Zenni website, which provides instructions explaining how you may remove the nonprescription lenses from the new frame, and install the prescription lenses in the rims of the new frame.

We were sorry to read that the frame you selected – full-rim, cat-eye, mixed-material, green frame 7822224, with a frame width of 137 millimeters – is too small to fit you well, and we apologize for any disappointment you experienced as a result. This order was delivered to you on September 23,2021, according to the Federal Express website.
