The prescription entry process was a bit clunky, but the glasses for my daughter and myself arrived exactly as virtually tried on with good price and a quality product.
My glasses shipped 5 days ago. It took 6 days to get from Kentucky to Chicago. (did they walk?) Now they have been in Chicago 2 days, Even thought they emailed me and said they would arrive yesterday, they didn't. Now I have been told it will be 3-7 days to get from Chicago to my house which is 5 miles away, I could probably walk that distance 10 times in 3-7 days. I have ordered stuff from China that came faster. Never ever ever will I order from Zenni again. Their glasses are cheap, but you will die of old age before the arrive/
Terrible experience! Made glasses wrong twice and took forever to do it. Seven weeks after placing order I still don't have the right glasses. And they want me to send them back, again, to be inspected and then will only give a 50% refund. Be prepared to spend lots or money just to try on glasses. Will never use zenni again!

I ordered 2 pair of eyeglasses and 1 pair of sunglasses. Per their website measurement process, I needed a size xs frame. I found this odd, but, went along with it because I did the measuring 3 times.
These 2 pair of eyeglasses look like I bought kids glasses for my adult self. They are hideous looking on my face.
The sunglasses I ordered bigger because the ones I liked only came in a bigger frame size. They are how the eyeglass frames should actually be.
So, I reached out to customer service, no biggie, mistakes happen. These people, multiple agents, argued with me saying I'd have to pay shipping again. For their error! RIDICULOUS! So, I asked instead for a full refund and I'd just order elsewhere. They do not agree to that, either.
So, now apparently I'm going to have to dispute it with my bank. Because this company will not admit to their own error

The prices and quality of their products are unbeatable! They have a great selection of frames, lenses and even tints to meet every unique style and need! Prism lenses; however, are limited to +5.00 (my son needs a +6.00), and their sunglasses variety is too limited for prescription progressives because they tailor their selection based in your PD (I love oversize sunglasses, but all the available options were too small for me.) but overall, Zenni is an excellent choice for budget yet great glasses!

Zenni has no interest in quality improvement. I have identified 4 major glitches and problems on their website which make product selection difficult and which limit visual acuity in their lenses. All of these problems could be fixed by any bright IT student, and I've complained about at least 8 times in the past 6 years and the reps I spoke to all said they would forward my complaints. Absolutely no improvements have been made in those 6 years. I won't post photos because I've already sent plenty of photos and detailed descriptions of the various problems to Zenni. And my proof of purchase is redacted because I still use Zenni for single vision reading glasses and don't want to get blackballed.

I have a video of the frames actually squeaking (can't post here because sitejabber is saying it's too short?), sent the video to Zenni also before returning the glasses. They keep putting me off on a refund, been a month since they actually received them back. Where is my money? I bought my glasses from another company and found them a bit challenging in figuring out the distance between my pupils, the size would fit my face. By the time we went to order my daughter's glasses, we heard about Zenni. The website is so easy to navigate! Zenni made it easy to do measurements and "try on her glasses". The pair she ordered received are a great fit. We be back to look for pairs for family members.
I ordered a pair of prescription glasses from Zenni in March 2023. I wear them only once a week when I don't have in my contact lenses. Both side pieces broke within 6 month of purchase. There is a blob of clear glue on the hinge area. They were glued in and the glue failed on both sides. Advised by rep that only a 30 guarantee, even if defective. I have to order another pair so I can have a working pair of glasses! I do not recommend.
Love my glasses but data was breached, unauthorized charges submitted and my bank closed my account without notice. Huge fiasco, holiday weekend, just had surgery/cant drive and nearest bank is 90 minutes away. What a nightmare

My Optometrist told me not to buy from them... I thought, yeah, you just want to make a buck off me. Jeez was she right. This is the worst buying experience I have had in a long time. It took me almost an hour just to get a return number and then it was not a return, but an "Inspection" only to see if they make the lenses incorrectly. I can tell you the lenses are wrong because they hurt my eyes as soon as I put them on! Do yourself a favor and buy from your local doctor.

I have been a zenni customer for years without issue. My most recent pair arrived and right out of the box I knew they were wrong. Upon further inspection the right lens was the incorrect prescription. No big deal, mistakes happen. So I reached out to customer service and they refused to send a replacement or issue a refund until they "inspected" the glasses. And that inspection process meant waiting a minimum of 3 weeks for a refund or 5 weeks for a replacement! Totally unacceptable! I will definitely be returning these, but I certainly won't be ordering any more from zenni!

Lovely glasses. But the prescription is wrong. Customer service is very difficult; despite their public promises to make returns easy, it's complicated and takes a long time to get authorized. Competition at eyebuydirect did much much better with customer service.

I've made 2 different orders from Zenni. The first, a pair of non prescription sunglasses came on time and were exactly as ordered and priced very nicely. My second order was more costly and intricate. I ordered prescription glasses with transitions lenses along with prescription sunglasses. The transitions don't work and I have been waiting for two weeks to hear from Zenni. The prices are outstanding for the content of the product, but the quality of the ordering follow up is questionable at best. As of now it's been 7 weeks without prescription glasses. I guess it's best to order only the generic stuff.

A couple of my (adult) children have used Zenni Optical. I ordered progressive-lens sunglasses. Wow. The frame a top quality. The prescription is spot-on perfect. And the cost - well, that's the wow. Less than 1/3 what pretty much identical glasses would have cost if bought through my local "vision center."
I will absolutely be using Zenni in the future.
I upgraded his glasses to the on before the highest index because my son has a very strong prescription -14 in one eye and -9.50 in other eye which makes his glasses really thick. These came out better than his first pair I bought from someone local.

I'm very pleased, 2 pairs with in a month, because of the the great things about zenni. I would recommend this eyeglass company to my friends, because they all ask me about my style of glasses and they cannot believe that I pay so little for them.
We ordered a pair of glasses for my husband that were metal frames with a brown coating. The coating began to peal off after not even 5 months. Zenni would not offer any warrant for frames. They said you only have 30 days to return anything and even then its a 50% credit. Not impressed that the frames are not under warranty. I guess you get what you pay for.

I have bought from Zenni for several years now, and I just bought a few more pairs, so I figured I would give Zenni a review. I LOVE Zenni. The glasses are beautiful and quality, they are not expensive so I can buy more than one pair, and they came to my house within 7 days of ordering. You'll notice most eyeglass stores charge an arm and a leg, even with health insurance, and it takes 2 to 3 weeks to even get your glasses. I wont ever go back to a regular eyeglass store again. Zenni owns me now. Lol

My first order didn't work for me but it was very easy to return it. I was offered a refund or store credit, chose store credit, and found the perfect pair! Really good quality, confirmation comfortable and looks great.
I requested to purchase the left hinge of a rimless less to replace the broken hinge which came off the lens. Zenni refused my request and insisted that I buy a new pair of glasses instead. They insisted that they do not provide after-sales repairs or sell any replacement parts. Zenni should indicate this disclaimer on their website to alert customers of their lack of customer support.
I made two purchases of Zenni prescription glasses over the last 2.5 years. After 14 months the anti-glare/anti scratch coating started to peel off around the edges of the lenses. I ordered a second pair (believing the quality problem was just a fluke) with only the anti scratch coating and 13 months after getting the glasses the coating on both lenses started to deteriorate! I looked like 100's of pin holes across the lenses which you could feel with your finger not to mention compromising my visual acuity.

I reached out for customer service but they had no interest in resolving the problem, just processing a return.
