My glasses were not delivered and when I reached out to customer service and requested a refund for the product I was told they are custom and can't be resold. It's not a prescription, they were just blue light glasses. I do not wish to support a company which cannot provide simple customer service. USPS claims there was a hold on the product and would be returned to Zennioptical. Meaning they received the product back yet they won't refund me? Completely unacceptable I would give negative stars if I could since they stole from me. I paid a lot of money to be treated so badly, very disappointing…

Zenni customer service was wonderful! My sunglasses never showed up in my mailbox although USPS showed delivered. Zenni reps quickly and efficiently processed a new order and I received my glasses in a timely manner, at all at no charge to me. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. The frames are very similar to the ones I already had, so I think they look great! It is nice to have extra pairs of glasses and they are so light.
Received the 1st pair and the Rx was off (my fault though). Arranged for a return/exchange and was told that I'd have store credit for the exact amount I'd paid, but when I ordered the new glasses I was charged more. No one at customer service could figure this out and I needed the glasses so I just paid the overage. Once I finally received the glasses, they are great! Much better than my Dr office glasses. Would order again but they really need to step up their customer service agents' knowledge

We also issued a 100 percent store credit refund of the $4.95 Standard shipping fee on this order as a customer service exception. The total payment for this order was $31.86, which represents $26.91 for the frame, ordinarily $27.95, but the order was purchased with a 10 percent student discount. However, we see in the database record of the order that the frame is listed as $29.90, and the glasses were ordered with free lenses and no anti-reflective coating. A 10 percent discount on a $29.90 frame is $26.91, but we do not know why the frame was not initially listed at $27.95. Moreover, we do not know why the same frame with free lenses and no anti-reflective coating was listed as $37.90, and with the 10 percent discount it was $34.11, on your second order, o4433041884. Insofar as the first order cost $7.20 less than the second order, we are going to ask our lab to refund $7.20 to the credit card you used to pay for the second order, which was the amount you used your credit card to pay. We will also ask our lab to email you to explain the price discrepancy between these two orders. I love my Zenni glasses! After my puppy and now dog had chewed up 2 pair it is awesome to just reorder the same glasses twice, at such an affordable price. Quick turn around too!
I did the try on function but two pair looked like child glasses on me. Nothing how they looked using the virtual try on feature. The reading glasses fell apart the first time I wore them.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Despite the period of adaptation needed, we are happy to report that we do not receive a disproportionate number of complaints about our progressive lenses.
