My glasses were not delivered and when I reached out to customer service and requested a refund for the product I was told they are custom and can't be resold. It's not a prescription, they were just blue light glasses. I do not wish to support a company which cannot provide simple customer service. USPS claims there was a hold on the product and would be returned to Zennioptical. Meaning they received the product back yet they won't refund me? Completely unacceptable I would give negative stars if I could since they stole from me. I paid a lot of money to be treated so badly, very disappointing…

These glasses were returned to us, and on February 28,2022, they arrived at the post office in Novato, California, where Zenni’s headquarters is located. When they are returned to us, we will re-send them to you. We hope that these glasses will be delivered to you later this week, and we also hope that when you receive the glasses you will be happy with them.

Replacement sunglasses

Zenni customer service was wonderful! My sunglasses never showed up in my mailbox although USPS showed delivered. Zenni reps quickly and efficiently processed a new order and I received my glasses in a timely manner, at all at no charge to me. I love my sunglasses and I recently ordered another pair of progressive, transition glasses! Thank you, Zenni!

Received the 1st pair and the Rx was off (my fault though). Arranged for a return/exchange and was told that I'd have store credit for the exact amount I'd paid, but when I ordered the new glasses I was charged more. No one at customer service could figure this out and I needed the glasses so I just paid the overage. Once I finally received the glasses, they are great! Much better than my Dr office glasses. Would order again but they really need to step up their customer service agents' knowledge

Thank you for posting your Zenni review of the two orders you placed with us. We were sorry to learn that you entered an incorrect prescription on the first order, o4433041884, minus Spheres when your prescription calls for plus Spheres. Consequently, we apologize for any dismay you experienced as a result. You returned these eyeglasses to us for a 100 percent refund of their price in the form of store credit to your Zenni account. We also issued a 100 percent store credit refund of the $4.95 Standard shipping fee on this order as a customer service exception. The total payment for this order was $31.86, which represents $26.91 for the frame, ordinarily $27.95, but the order was purchased with a 10 percent student discount. However, we see in the database record of the order that the frame is listed as $29.90, and the glasses were ordered with free lenses and no anti-reflective coating. A 10 percent discount on a $29.90 frame is $26.91, but we do not know why the frame was not initially listed at $27.95. Moreover, we do not know why the same frame with free lenses and no anti-reflective coating was listed as $37.90, and with the 10 percent discount it was $34.11, on your second order, o4433041884. Insofar as the first order cost $7.20 less than the second order, we are going to ask our lab to refund $7.20 to the credit card you used to pay for the second order, which was the amount you used your credit card to pay. We will also ask our lab to email you to explain the price discrepancy between these two orders. We thank you again for posting your review, and of course we are happy to know that you are pleased with the eyeglasses from the second order. We hope that the $7.20 credit card refund and the explanation we are asking our lab to provide will resolve this matter to your satisfaction.

Virtual try on not good

I did the try on function but two pair looked like child glasses on me. Nothing how they looked using the virtual try on feature. The reading glasses fell apart the first time I wore them.

This order is within its 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered. Therefore, you may return these eyeglasses to us for one of our two refund options – either a 100 percent refund of the price of the glasses in the form of store credit to your Zenni account or a 50 percent refund to the credit card you used to pay for them. If you select the store credit refund option, you may use the store credit toward the purchase of a new pair of eyeglasses that should fit you better.
