My glasses shipped 5 days ago. It took 6 days to get from Kentucky to Chicago. (did they walk?) Now they have been in Chicago 2 days, Even thought they emailed me and said they would arrive yesterday, they didn't. Now I have been told it will be 3-7 days to get from Chicago to my house which is 5 miles away, I could probably walk that distance 10 times in 3-7 days. I have ordered stuff from China that came faster. Never ever ever will I order from Zenni again. Their glasses are cheap, but you will die of old age before the arrive/

We were sorry to read that the frame you selected – full-rim, square, flexible-plastic, black frame 2020121, with a frame width of 137 millimeters – does not fit you well.

Consequently, we apologize for any disappointment you experienced as a result.

The U.S. Postal Service website advises that these glasses were delivered to you on October 4,2022, which means that this order is within its 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered.

Therefore, you may return these eyeglasses to us for one of our two refund options – either a 100 percent refund of the price of the glasses in the form of store credit to your Zenni account or a 50 percent refund to the PayPal account you used to pay for the order.

If you would like to pursue this return option, we invite you to telephone Zenni Customer Service, at 1-800-211-2105, and anyone who answers will be happy to assist you by emailing you the instructions to return the glasses for the refund option you prefer when you provide the order number, o5089887009.

It does not have to be an exact match. You have a 2-mm leeway on each element of an eyeglasses frame, with a 3-4 mm leeway on the temple arms. Consequently, we apologize for any dissatisfaction you experienced as a result.

We also see that the prescription and PD you used for this order are the same as those items entered for the two pairs of eyeglasses on your December 30,2021, order, o4412796334.

We see no notes in the database record of order o4412796334 indicating you contacted us about any vision issues you experienced with these glasses.
