I purchased the Atom Pro camera from Zetronix, and here are the facts. There were SIX functions that didn't work on it: the audio, the time/date stamp, the PIR, the view directly to TV, the loop override, and the "one year" (in motion sensor setting) battery died after less than two weeks. Trying to give the company the benefit of the doubt, I worked with tech support for over 8 months. We exchanged 22 emails, had one long phone call, and I sent them three screen shots. After all that, NONE of the issues was resolved. So I finally asked for a refund. They refused. I now own a product of theirs that doesn't work, and they have my money. I strongly suggest shopping elsewhere for your video equipment.
They LIE LIE and LIE some more. Camera quality is poor, claimed 4k not even HD. Overpriced. Shipping next day, try 9 10 days to your door. They claim 100%satisfaction guarantee, then want you to pay return shipping and restocking fee for their falsely advertised claims. I contacted customer service and wasted half an hour in a chat that got no where. BUYER beware, only proceed if you are willing to file a credit card dispute because that is how your transaction will likely end
I returned a product wrongfully shipped but charged and waited over 10 days after they received it to get a 75% refund. They kept $44 of a $189 order. Terribly customer service unless you want to buy something. Then they answer their phones. Then someone called me from their "refund" department and tried to scam me. Dishonest company with plenty of dishonest people working there. Dont buy here!
Bought a camera and it was useless. Nothing they have works probably. Notice how you CAN'T leave a review on their website. You have to pay return shipping for a deceitfully advertised produce. They work by making it hard for you to return. Even though the PRODUCT is defective they charge a 20% re-stocking fee.
Beware buying from Zetronix as the items listed on their site as "In Stock" are not necessarily in stock. They will complete your order, take your credit card, run an authorization for the sale and then send you nothing. I called a week after completing my order only to find its status was "processing" WHICH at Zetronix means that it is unshipped and out of stock. Stay away from Zetronix.
I purchased a item through there website and they took my money. Almost a week later I tried contacting them and they said they had not shipped my item for security reasons. I have tried calling them multiple times and they have not answered. Very bad customer service and i have not received my money back instead i had to file a claim with the bank.
I bought one of their blue tooth speaker/spy cameras with WiFi.
The WiFi quit working about two weeks after my purchase and they replaced it but not until I contacted them a 2nd time. The replacement worked for about 3 months and now the wifi stopped working again. I could live with that and just check the videos later but the camera is no longer working properly either and all recordings are corrupted and unable to view.
I wrote a negative review (I wasn't a jerk about it, just the facts) on their website and they deleted it. They charge $199.99 for this camera and in retrospect I wouldn't pay $50 for just the Bluetooth speaker because of its low volume and substandard audio quality.
I returned the item with a zetronix provided RMA I have the receipt and zetronix email acknowledgment of receiving the return. I also provided all other information requested. This was in November and December 2022. Repeated emails have produced no refund. So they took my money and the returned device. This is the trait of a conman/thief.
I mailed (at my cost) a non-functioning spy pen over six weeks ago. Contacting their customer service phone number for follow-up is useless; I received the classic "mailbox is full" recording. Of course, there are no replies to my emails either.
I ordered a 4k Phone Charger model I tried it and the video quality was awful. I looked into the actual data of the video and found that instead of the 3840 x 2160 pixel that is standard, the video produced is actually only recorded in 1920 x 1080 which is HD, not the 4k I paid for. What makes it even worse is that it is recorded in 1199 x 810 which is only one-third of HD resolution. This is a complete scam and the company is banking on the fact you don't know how to check resolution of the sensor that is taking the video. DO NOT BUY.
Just received a broken product. I have called many time, left many message and emails. No response. Would like to return but it looks like when you do that they don't refund.
Well it's on them, had this camera worked I was planning on put 97 of them in my warehouses. I'm glad I only ordered 1. Their loss.
Timely service. Product as advertised. Chat was helpful in answering a couple of questions, Will be experimenting with glasses when I fly fish. Need to remember not to wear my cap pulled down too far as it obstructs the field of the lens.
I bought two smoke alarm cameras in April of 2020. They were suppose to be "HD" quality video with microphone so you could hear conversations. I tried both smoke detectors and they were garbage; poor video and even worse sound. I tried numerous emails and calls (they never answer the damn phone) to get refund and nothing. I ended up filing a fraud complaint with CC company. Dealing with that still. DONT buying anything from these crooks.
I purchased a blue tooth nanny cam speaker. The video is good except in night mode. Visibility in IR mode is very limited. When I tried to connect my iphone via Bluetooth, I could not get any connection. I have reset the speaker numerous times and it still would not connect. Customer services is nonexistent, I have called and been on hold with no response. I have emailed tech support with no response. If you buy this product good luck, you can get same results at a much cheaper price and check to see if there is any valid tech support.
Bought a camera... emailed the company for a little guidance setting it up because the print is way to small for directions... they never answered my 25 emails to them so the item is still in the box. A year later. I bought blink and I'm very happy. Do yourself a favor do not purchase from this guy... he leaves you hanging.
I ordered a pair of surveillance glasses on the fifth and received an email telling me that they would send me a tracking number as soon as it shipped, and now it has been 10 days and no email. If you call Any of the customer service numbers it's basically the same guy saying leave a message, feels like it's some dudes apartment. Of course I've received no return call or update. Literally a 30 second call or take the time to write a fast email to explain what the current situation would have worked. So if my glasses come in and have any issues I know that I'll be screwed regarding customer service. Even if I love them and they work amazingly I'll probably never use the site again. Probably gonna call my credit card and dispute the charges if I don't hear anything in a few days.
Please don't buy any product from this eeb ghost... they sell you faulty product... and can't speak to anyone about the problem, because is a ghost. I both many product. This is my second time complaining... the first time l did send pictures of the items. L spend already about $400 in total... they should be at the jail...

I bought 3 screw in light bulb nanny cams. I live in Dallas, but these are for my New Mexico house. NOBODY answers the phone for tech support, and they take their sweet time getting back to you if they do. The download they suggest to view the micro sd card on your computer (they say is free). When you go to the site and try to download it, you can't open up the download and it is a FREE TRIAL. Really. This company is really proud of itself, but I will never do business with them again. There you have it.
Don't buy from this company. My Item never worked properly and I sent emails and left phone messages but I did not receive any reply. Don't buy unless you're willing to be stuck with an item that might not work.
