On the 14th August 2024 I requested pricing for CIF for lithium battery powered new model golf carts and on the 16th August this company confirmed they would supply this order with lithium batteries. I received an invoice stating 72 volt 120amp lithium were included and paid the invoice.
On the Friday 23rd November I received the two carts with lead acid batteriers and a lot of damage caused by bad packaging.
This company has never acknowledged they were wrong; they have not been prepared to compensate me for the damage and there response has been to only offer the difference in price between the lead acid and lithium types on my "next order"
I cannot possibly place another order with a company that is so blatently dishonest and dishonourable. Avoid this company. This company is a disgrace to the good people of China.
Tip for consumers:
It would have been better to know before the carts arrived that they sent the incorrect ones
I am just so terribly disappointed by this company's behaviour
