This was a terrible experience. It took 2 months to get my item, and I finally had to contact them after it saying "shipped" on my order status for 2 weeks with no tracking number. Only to find out it was never shipped from the manufacturer. Then when I finally got it, it was not the right color.
We feel really awful about the extended length of time that your order took to complete and ship out to you, as well as the poor representation of the color of this product on our site. This is not consistent with our typical customer service or our products. We take great pride in the items that we sell. We have gone ahead and removed the product from our site thanks to your feedback. Additionally, I do hope that the additional solution that I wrote to you about in my last email has helped to amend the situation. Thank You.
