Sucks! I have a BA in textile never felt fabric like this! All 200$ US garments felt the same, it would melt if you got close to an open flame. Pants OK
But the tops not and the site tacked two I more shirts into my cart after I had made my purchase. Two of the same two shirts! I read a review where someone mailed their clothes back over a year still no credit. That why I'm keeping it. So sad and dissatisfied. I had looked on line for gauze fabric, their site came up.

Terrible return policy. Not accepting 100% return. I'll have to send it back myself, to China. Odd sizes. Material was thick and synthetic. Weird colors. Look nothing like the photos. Grandma style shirts. I want to throw them in the garbage.

Must return to CHINA for refund
February 18, 2021

I was very excited to buy their clothes, but when it all arrived NOTHING was as depicted. Things that said cotton blend were 100% polyester. Every single item ran small. So I requested a return and refund. After 1 week I had to write again(following their protocol) and they sent me their address in Guangdong, China to return. I am responsible for shipping and customs. It was shipped to me from San Francisco. That is ridiculous.
Think twice about buying their items, they are not as shown and you really cannot return them.

This sure isn't amazon prime (not even amazon prime is 2-day delivery anymore). I'm two weeks out and have no clue when I will receive my order. Their tracking system is poor. My order has apparently been at the "airport processing center" for 5 days now. Don't order with free shipping unless you have at least a month before you need the goods. Bottom line: unpredictable delivery may leave you very frustrated and you gifts late for the occasion.

STILL NO SETTLEMENT AS OF 7/11/21.
Ordered $200 worth of clothing. Followed sizing instructions to a tee.
Nothing fit - not to mention qualify was poor.
Cute, flowing dresses were not at all what you receive. Instead tight fitting garbage.
When attempting to return - was told I had to return to China using their return label.
Spent $75 to do so - only to have the box returned to me 5 months later after I continued to reach out for my refund.
To add insult to injury - was then offered a 40% refund and they did not even calculate that correctly.
They are scam artists!
Do not trust them!

Don't order anything you might need to return

I ordered dresses that all ended up being a see-through curtain-type fabric that were made in a really awkward way. They looked like cheap costumes. I tried to return them and they pushed out the time on PayPal so long that it closed the case. Then, I had to start the process all over. They only offered 50% of my cost or I could return to China and pay all custom and shipping fees. This has honestly taken so much time and effort to return, it was a total waste. I would just give the dresses away, but I don't know anyone who would wear them. Horrible product and horrible customer service.

BEWARE! Return policy from their website: "Kind reminder: Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. Returned package without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded." You will be asked to return your items to China at far more $$ than you paid for the products. If you haggle with them they might offer a 50% refund.

They switched the size on me. I ordered a XL and the items are SMALL. The quality is what you would expect at a cheap store.

Save yourself and do not order from them.

Buyer Beware!

I ordered 10 items from this company. After waiting for 2 months I have now received 8 of the 10. Their website will not allow me to post a review of the items, which is probably because none of them match the picture or description of what was sold. Very disappointed. They have a 15 day from the date the shipped the order return policy. Not with the hassle, I'll just donate the items. The quality rating should only have come through as a 1 star!

I purchased a jacket 4 weeks before a trip, it arrived 3 weeks after I returned. I did not like the material at all and sent it back for a full refund. 5 months later the item was sent back to me "Return to Sender" I will never shop here again. Be Careful all from China (which is fine) but no help in returning and now I am out of $73.00. $53.00 for the initial purchase and $27.00 to return all in vain. I returned the item with in 4 days of receiving it and just now the packaged was returned 5 months later. See images below

Beware on Returns

They are located in China so if you need to return something, you pay the shipping, they don't refund the original shipping charges. They do let you keep the item for a 40% refund so you basically lose 75% of what you paid. Never ordering from them again. Shoes received were extremely poor quality. Didn't look anything like the pictures. Nd they didn't respond to my email following their return policy. I had to file a complaint thru PayPal.

Will not shop here again

I bought from them before and it was ok. Until now. Tried to do a return, they will not answer me Said they would get back in 48 hours. That didn't happen. Tried to do chat, it just drops me. Sent a picture to show how off the mark the actual item was from the picture. Bad. Also bought a top using THEIR size guide. It had been reliable in the past but this time, off about 3 sizes! On clearance, so too bad for me. They just lost a customer for good

I wish I had read bad reviews here first before spending over $120 for clothes I can't wear and don't want to pay to return. Only 1 top fits and the color looks like it bled and does not look like the ad. The top of the really long boho dress doesn't stretch and cannot fit over my bra. The pants are really tight. Still waiting to receive 4 items out of 9 I ordered. I will donate things to Goodwill.

Sizes are way off

Even though I ordered the same size in every item, only 1 actually fit, some were as much as 10 sizes smaller than I ordered. And to return them you have to jump through hoops. Will never order from them again.

Beautiful photos, terrible product. I bought 13 blouses. It all feels like cellophane. Cheap garbage. They make returning anything EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. This company is in China. They do not reply to emails. I am afraid to spend money sending it back, when they make it very clear that they can deny the refund for any reason. Waited over a month and received this cheap-looking, not even close to the photo on the store clothes. They cost pretty expensive too... and for what. I purchased some gifts on this website, what looked to be very nice shirts, a sweater and a sweatshirt.

When I received them, I was surprised by the poor quality of the design and materials, it was nothing like what the pictures looked like. The were cheap products like you might find at a flea market, very low end.

What's worse is that they make you pay to ship the product back to China in order to get a refund.

I would be very wary of purchasing from this company

Misleading description and WRONG size
February 27, 2021

Based on the size chart I ordered 5 tops - 1st mistake when trying a new company! 4 of the tops were too small and the 5th top was too big! The description indicated they were sweat shirt but they were a polyester blend and of course when I tried to return them "sorry you are beyond the 15 days" which I was 2 days beyond seriously! A company that cannot stand behind the product is not a company that I will ever shop at or recommend. The prices may entice the shopper but you get what you pay for!

You get what you pay for!

I''m skeptical about buying clothes online from company I'm not familiar with. The clothes came quickly, and were inexpensive. The only good thing I can say. They told me to return would have cost more than I paid. The package had a NY return address, but the email response was return to China. They offered 15% refund. I said give me the refund. They are going to Goodwill. Not worth the expense or time.

Stay away from this business. Yuck. You cannot return items without paying $$ to ship them back to China and they try to get you to keep the item and pay you back 15% on your purchase. The items are very junky — poorly sized and the fabric is weird, slippery and not breathable (polyester?), almost like oil cloth! SCAM! The size medium shirt I ordered was huge and long, for a super long torso; it was not the cute little cropped look it had in the ad! It had such long arms that it would better fit a chimpanzee, not a human.
