They did refund me some the money I spent in lieu of me shipping the items back.

First of all the online ordering was very efficient and easy and the item arrived on time. However, there's a big difference between the picture on the website and the actual dress. The picture shows the dress to be full and roomy with lots of fabric, loose and relaxed. The actual dress had almost no room and not because of the size - there just was no extra fabric, it's almost like a sheath dress - just straight, not full at all. Also the color in the photo is a dark charcoal and the actual dress is a medium grey - not what I would have chosen. Of course there's no credible option to return - high shipping costs which are not practical for this type of item and so I got a credit of a few dollars which might be o. K. just to cover a small amount of the dress cost but there's also the $9.00 shipping on top of it so the few dollars of refund really doesn't make a difference. It was a disappointment. The dress is really unwearable for me.
Zolucky said that shipping would be free if I spent a certain amount on my order (clothing, earrings). Although I love everything I got, shipping was definitely NOT free! It was much more than I expected. Zolucky should be more honest about this.
It took a very long time to receive the T-shirt I ordered, only to discover that the 3X is more like a medium (if that). It will not fit, but to return it, it would B costly, so I am finding a home for it. I will not B ordering from them again unfortunately. I was hoping I had found another place 2 order clothes from.
Had been wanting a T-shirt with a slogan on it & ran across Zolucky on my At&t email account as an ad. Saw quite a few 2 pick from & hoping the 3X fits. Sometimes T-shirts run small. Ordering 1 to try & if fits & I like Zolucky has lots of cute clothes 2 pick from. I will B ordering more from there.
This is the 4th order I have placed. I love the clothes and I am NOT a clothes shopper. I have not bought myself new clothes in years. You do have to watch and check on every size because small does not equal small all the time. There is a range as to what small falls into. My orders have always been correct. Sometimes it takes a while for the clothes to come. I am still waiting on three more dresses from my last order. They are well worth the wait and I can't wait for these dresses to come. I shouldn't have to buy any more clothes as these should carry me through retirement.
I am very excited about this order. I received one of the dresses in my previous order and have gotten a lot of compliments on it. I loved the shirts, and dresses I bought the first time. The shipping takes a while but the clothes have been well worth the wait. I am not very tech-savvy so if I can place an order, anyone can. Very user-friendly - just be sure to check the sizing chart.
Such pretty clothes and I have shopped with Zolucky before. Do make sure you check the sizing chart before you order!
I ordered 3 items, and figured they'd take a while to get here. First two items arrived around when i thought they would, 3rd was significantly delayed.
1st item, a blouse: not as pictured, but still pretty enough to keep -- was supposed to have a scalloped edge but was a straight edge. Had bought because of the unique design.
2nd item, cute cable knit sweat pants, gift for my daughter... haven't heard if she likes it or not.
3rd item, same cable knit pants for me, but in olive green: arrived a full month later, and is a hideous bright green, and made of scratchy polyester. I contacted customer service to return for refund or replacement, but was told if I return, I had to pay for shipping -- to China! -- or I could keep and they'd give me a 15% refund!
Are you kidding me? THEY sent me the wrong color item and they're going to make me pay for shipping to get a refund?

The items are of very poor quality and returning them has proved to be difficult.
The email address "*******@zolucky.com" bounces my emails back to me and so I can't communicate with them. They have many rules for returns, and I can't make them work, including the return process, which is not easy and doesn't work.

Finally, there is a way for ordinary people to enjoy beautiful dresses easily and inexpensively. I love Zolucky and decided to give it a try recently. What I love is that you can choose to wear a dress for one month and thus easily buy another one for the following month. Very happy to buy online here.

The site was very easy to browse and to enter the info needed to pay and check out.
Almost everything I loved. The black stretchy pants were more like a griddle so I didn't were them and the blue Jean pants weren't sewn properly around the waist so they torn every time I pulled them up. The shirts were very nice.Ty for asking.
My teenage daughter loves Zolucky's clothes. She convinced me to buy here the first time, it was the best decision! The transaction and delivery couldn't have been easier. I compared it online again, which I guess is the best recommendation!
It took a month to receive three shirts and a pair of shorts. I originally ordered a dress also, as a gift for someone. I finally canceled the dress because I was told it would not arrive for another couple of weeks and the occasion for the dress would be over. I am hoping to see my refund for the dress, soon.

Second order here and so far so good! They took their time but it was worth the wait, I am very happy and satisfied with zolucky! The dress is tight, as I wanted it, the fabric of good quality, I am sure I will buy here again.
I purchased tops in a 3X because I know they can run small, let me tell you these all came in about a size medium! I purchased 5 Tops and one will fit me. And dummy me I did not read the return policy so I missed the very short window. I had fallen ill with Covid and it took me out for about 3 weeks. I am 66 years old with asthma so I did not even think about it. Not their fault I got sick! Some one will get a deal lol
I went through the website to initiate a return of the items that did not work for me. I received a confirmation response stating that I would hear back from Zolucky within 48 hours. Three weeks later, I have no response and need to initiate my return within the time limitations. I have since sent another email to the company. Unless I hear back ASAP, I will potentially miss this deadline. I would hope that the company would extend the deadline, given they have caused the delay. If I do or do not hear from them, I will give an appropriate follow up review.
Sometimes when I would press the return arrow, after looking at a specific item, it would take me back to the very beginning of the search. With so many items to see, it was not always easy to find where I had been and would be repetitive trying to find my last place to continue.
I like these products and it is easy enough to order them but I do not appreciate the over-abundance of emails. They feel like an intrusion and a nusance. Because of this, I am not like to purchase anything else!
I LOVE the clothing designs but there are no petite sizes. I am trying the very few XS clothes you carry but I may have to return them as I am only 4' 9" and a petite size 4.
Also, the jewelry is junky but you can't beat the price.
I have no issue with the products. The problem was with the delivery.
I just happened to be outside my front gate when the courier drove past at great speed.
My full address is written on my gate post in large letters but he did not stop to look. His vehicle was unmarked. Then he drove back past me again at great speed.
Later on a neighbour came with my parcel. He said he told the driver where to find me but he insisted leaving the parcel with him. I will not order any further products from Zolucky due to the apparent delivery difficulties.
I ordered a blouse from Zolucky for $34.72. It was too large and I wanted to return it until I found out that I had to pay to return it to China. They offered me a $3.72 total refund.
Order carefully with this company! I won't be ordering from them again.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
