Just to reiterate I was charge twice for $16.99 postage: one to receive Zolucky's products and two a return postage of $16.99 plus the regular return postage fee of $7.95. On July 15,2024 Zolucky offered to refund me the second postage amount of $16.99. To date now 08/05/2016 I have not seen $16.99 credited to my account. They are not a reputable company when originally Zolucky promised a refund within 2-3 days for the return of their products and like so many other unhappy customers I had to remind them. Now again I am reminding them of what they promised me a refund of $16.95. Please take the time to read their reply to me right below and below their reply my 2nd review on Zolucky which made them rethink the postage refund of $16.99 but today I have not gotten the refund promised to me. Until I receive the shipping credit for $16.99 my review for Zolucky will not change.

I will stand by my comments.

1. Unfortunately, I bought in haste waited long enough to receive your clothes so the credit amount got paid to you.
2. I find it interesting I am not alone with more than a thousand negative, complaints about your clothing line.
3. The address given is a warehouse in CA, a funneling place. Your address label on the package sent to me is from China.
4. No other clothing company in the USA changes $16.99 for shipping. You charged me $16.99 twice for postage, once to send it and once to return the product plus on the return another $7.99 for postage.
5. You deceive the customer by your advertisements/ pictures and your returns.
6. You mention on your site confirming my purchase to write a review. I tapped the review button and your site goes directly to tracking your order which you cannot track because your product is coming from China.
