Almost didn't order because of these bad reviews but then I saw it was a Grainger company and decided to chance it. It arrived in 1 business day, was exactly what I ordered & was a great price. Highly recommend them

I have ordered from Zorotools a couple time and each time it has been a positive experience. Their packaging it great, to ensure you merchandise gets to you without being damaged. Quick processing and shipment of your order. I'll be shopping more here in the future.

I ordered some gloves and it was sent to a wrong address. The order was returned to sender and Zoro sent it back to the same address after I had told them to send to a different address. This company has poor communication skills and I will be spreading the bad news about this Co pant. Stay away!

I purchased a QEP tile saw from Zoro. The shaft on the saw was bent. After a hassle, and having to purchase another one before they would refund the other one, they sent me another one with the exact same problem. I will not be purchasing from them again.

I ordered a plumbing fixture. I received it from Zoro within a reasonable time frame. However, what I ordered and what I received were not the same item. I am in the middle of construction in a town where all contractors are covered up. I arranged for my plumber to install the fixture. When he started to do so, he informed me that this fixture would not work -- and that is because I was sent an item that I did not order. So I had to pay for a trip charge to the plumber and will have to pay him again when, hopefully, the correct product arrives.

When I called customer service to get a return authorization for the item I received and to ask that the correct item be shipped, a very nice woman told me that it will be three or four days before I even get an email about straightening this mess out. She said she couldn't do anything about it; that they would have to contact their supplier and it would take that long for their supplier to get back to them with a solution. So this is a Thursday - since it is so close to the weekend, I'm sure I will not hear anything until next week. Then I will have to wait another ten days on the correct product, as they do not provide a quick ship from Zoro. Then I will have to pack up this product, take it somewhere to ship, and who knows how long I will have to wait on a credit for my return. If you are not under the time constraints of a construction project, maybe all this would be OK - mistakes do happen. However, I have ordered hundreds of items online for my remodel and this has not happened with any other vendor.
