Bought $100 in gold coins and nearly 24 hours later nothing credited to my account and all my emails have been ignored

A horrible company Zynga.impossible to win and a scam.
I would say a dishonest site and a scam.Do not buy anything from Zynga.

Mark Pincus is the owner of this scam site. He has a net worth of 425 million dollars and got that money by scamming people who are thousands of times poorer than him. He is a predatory low life rat that has no moral compass. He is the Bernie Madoff of San Francisco and should die in prison like Madoff did.

I've been playing this site for some. I could live with the constant and increasing forced adds but the poker has been inundated with bots and rigged hands. What was wrong with fair legitimate hands. The game is slanted to poor players and
People that go all in on every hand. After losing to higher flushes and full houses constantly to players that normally would never stay in its obvious the game is run by bots to make sure you have to buy more chips. NEVER EVER ACTUALLY BUY chips. Go to a real legit game and stay away from this one. It gets so frustrating to consistently lose good hands to crap that it's just no fun. Shame cause it was a good game.

I have played zynga poker for 4+ years. For beginners, this is NOT a actual poker site! It is an ARCADE site.
This "POKER" site is NOWHERE close to poker.
For instance... 70% of the flops contain a PAIR, in real poker THIS happens about 23% of the time. 40% of the time it flops a possible STRAIGHT.
NO it is NOT rigged towards any one player BUT buying CHIPS is a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. "Tipping" the dealer? LOL save your chips.
AGAIN this is NOTHING more than a arcade site.

Zynga constantly converts you to a player room that you did not request... and before you can leave the room it charges you the full amount of the room that you did not want to be in... they are criminals and they should reimburse us for the chips we lost... but they don't... they steal chips from everybody each day... report them and write bad reports about them :(( (((((

If you buy in you win less. Some real jerks playing that think they are pros and real asses. Playing an online poker game? Go make some real money if you're a pro and don't be a jerk to others.

Worst ever site. Nothing like poker. 90% bad beats on the river. 1 in 3 hands. Straight. flush.or full house. Players individually targeted not to win. Player stats are a lie EG zynga says 20% win rate when it is really 5%. Total rubbish

I've been playing with Zenga for months now and have never seen soo many river rat cards in my life.
If you are doing well chip count, just be be prepared to loose on random river cards!

Been playing csr2 for 2 years now and all I can say is that their support is pathetic and patronising. Game is made so that you spend money. They don't care about the players who have genuine concerns. It is riddled with hackers and cheats and to top it off…. They advocate pornographic adverts definitely not intended for kids and they promote woke ideals even after it has been raised numerous times. AVOID THIS GAME LIKE THE PLAGUE.

First of all, I have read many of the reviews here and I will say that I DO NOT THINK THE GAME IS RIGGED. I have played over 400,000 hands and yes I have had my share of bad beats but also my fair share of wins too. It all evens out in the end. It is a well-known fact that you will remember a bad loss much longer than you will remember a good win. So I think that the people who are complaining that the game is rigged are just bad losers or maybe not very good poker players or perhaps just very unlucky. Anyway, my issue was that several billion chips had disappeared for my account after somehow being placed at a very high stakes table which I did not request to join and then when I tried to leave that table I had already lost several billion chips, either in a lost hand or possibly a lost ante. I sent a message to customer service and did not get a response. The next day I sent another message to customer service and again didn't get a response. Then I left a bad review saying that the customer service was not responsive. But today, after leaving a third message for customer service and being very persistent I finally got a response from them and they replaced the chips to my account. So, my faith in Zynga and Zynga customer support has been restored. Thank you!

This company is trash. They're poker and spades games are full of multiple accounts cheating by playing multiple hands on separate devices. And of ourse Zynga does nothing to prevent it because they want you to purchase coins to keep playing. It's bad enough that the games are already rigged to make you lose so you buy they're fake coins. These people belong in the same category as cheap scammy buy here pay her car salesmen. Zynga is trash. Avoid they're games. Or should I say... they're scams

I actually bought play chips on zynga. My chips got stolen from my account. Chips weren't paid out to me for the very few of my winning hands, and most of my hands were losers. It's impossible, statistically to lose so many hands over time. Its no coincidence that this all started after I purchased play chips. Before purchasing, I was winning and actually enjoying the games.

Here's the review I've just left for you.

"Once upon a time I was called 'one of our most important players' well that all went out the window when zynga poker was taken over.
I all of a sudden never get replies to any emails.
Id complain that despite, reaching the top level of 20 & staying there, often within the top select tier, for a great deal of time on the version I'd played for years, I was being kicked out of low league divisions despite earning more 'chips $' than previous weeks.
EVERY single message PROMISING bonus chips $ provided NOTHING.
The VIP account manager, called Jake who was allocated to me, simply ignored my messages…the latest only days ago.
MY ADVICE TO YOU IS FORGET ALL ABOUT ZYNGA, GO FIND ANOTHER APP, BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER COUNT FOR ANYTHING WITH ZYNGA.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND/OR MONEY PLAYING THEIR POKER GAMES…. OF WHICH THERE ARE MANY!"

It's a sick, and disgusting, joke how you have decided to shun decent honest players, like myself.

I hope your bonuses come to as much fruition as your empty promises to me.
