A popup in Words With Friends indicated for $18.07, I could get 700 coins and be Adfree. I purchased this only to find out that in the fine print, I had to do other things to get the coins and the Adfree was only good for 40 days or so. Why would anyone pay for such a ridiculous offer? Neither Zynga or Google were sympathetic. So I am uninstalling WWF2 and will never install another Zynga app again.

Chat has gotten out of hand with abuse of women players and death threats. If a person spends enough money on this site they can get away with anything. Stay away, it has officially become a literally dangerous place to be. We all know the games are rigged with bots and team players which we have put up with... but the threats of violence and other abusive language cross many lines. This is the kind of allowed behavior that eventually gets authorities' attention and internet shutdown.

I have tried to leave reviews and feedback through ginrummy plus but to no avail.
In a time when low self esteem is so high this company has been shameful.
The ads and the constant requests to purchase when times are tough for most is even more so.
Why can't we just play fair games with fair real people.
I fear those days are gone

Zyngas spades has an autoban chat feature... while intimidation and harassment should not be tolerated, any words which could be offensive is utilized for bans. Emailing customer support even with proof is ignored... you have been warned, they only care for money not customers

Zynga poker is corrupt, filled with hypocrisy, double standards, and Gestapo-like administration. They do as they wish, with not much consideration to the facts, and no reasoning as to when you better prove your point to them. This is a company that does as it wishes without any consideration to the facts. In my opinion, Zynga is fully aware that 90% plus of their players who are playing on the top tables and 50% playing on the smaller tables have all bought their chips from an outside supplier, breaking the Zynga terms and services rules, and yet they do not do anything about it.

Zynga creates games that require growth by investment to compete; then, after wasting several years and lots of money they will change the game or out right quit operating it and let your time and money go to waste. I will forever avoid anything associated with this company in the future.

Explain to me how I can get 11 hands in a roll that all look like 8-4,7-2,10-4 offsuit etc and then get ONE decent hand 10-jack and flop a straight only to find out my one calling opponent flopped a flush. Lost all my 2.4 billion that way. $#*! ur fakeass game, ur $#*!$#*! bot accounts and ur constant pushing for purchases. Wish I could leave a 0/5. I hope ur game burns and dies and leaves u owing more money than you gained. Money thirsty leeches. $#*! you.

An ex-player of your garbage game

Game is rigged as US elections, if you are experienced player you will see the chances of getting winning hands is bad if you do not pay real money.

I don't normally write reviews, but I feel like I had to regarding this company. First off, their customer service is horrible. They never get back to you when you email them, and when their's a game problem they blame it on some algorithm bs. When you ask to have them reward you money back, they don't respond to you. They are also cheaters and scam your money. When you purchase coins, you will automatically lose. You cannot go on winning streaks and build money, because you will not win. This is why they are cheaters and fixed. If you get paired up with a computer partner, you might as well just leave the table and the best part about it, is that they will ban you if you leave too many games. All and all, worst game and company ever. They are snakes who will scam your money. I was able to get all of my friends and family off the game and in your best interest, you should too. I've read online that the company is under investigation for scamming money. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! It will save you a lot frustration.

The only way a game can have payout to players is by using only game of skill. Any other way such as random winners or rigged games, makes it gambling. They are obviously breaking the law by rigging the games to try and get you to use more money. A logistic scientist can easily show that there nothing random about the game play. They manipulate games so you will lose 5 or more times in a row with no way to solve or play out the cards. Then when you run out of money and start playing the free version, you start having hands where you finish every game. They have member profiles rigged so you cannot get your points transferred into game play. They say to verify your email but no email ever comes. When you try to add your phone number it shows Afghanistan. It will not allow you to select your country from drop down. I have built up a lot of points and wanted to convert to game play but they never send email. I tried it prob 50 times. Had others try theirs too and they got no email either. They think we are stupid and will not follow up but that's not the way I play. Anybody want to file a class action, I will join. Also complaints filed w the fcc for manipulating the cards violates the skill rule a d They are illegally gambling. The fines for that alone could be huge. Get real people. Fight back.

This game is totally controlled they have watches you can win and I was about to win a 1.5 billion chip watch and they stopped the progress right before I was about to win it I played 100s of hands with several wins way more then I needed and they just blocked me from winning it. That's the truth they cheat bad it's very obvious and they like to slander you when you start complaining about it. Cheaters for sure I would never buy chips to play this game.

I want to take a moment to recognize the Zinga Team. I have loved all your games. They have helped me cope with Pain Management without narcotics. The games are engaging and fun. I can't pay for a lot of extras but they provide a lot of opportunities to watch ads and move forward in the game. At a time where I have no income, I truly appreciate that. My heart filled thanks goes out to the entire Zynga team.

Terrible customer service, after playing several months with billions of chips I couldn't log in anymore. Uninstall the app left over 10 messages no response back. I tried pretending to be a new player different email and logged in without Facebook and the game would never load kept saying connection error. Few weeks after the same thing happened to my wife and she spent money on chips. Zynga has massive flaws I also noticed the higher the ranking the more you win with suckouts (terrible hands with low percentage of winning). I don't suggest downloading this APP!

I emailed Zynga told them I was knocking people out of billion dollar tournaments and they would get 5 more chips Zynga says we are aware trying to stop it, bever reimbursed any of my chips and kept emailing them it didn't do any good and I bought my chips with real money b. S. ripped offs

When you're playing against a game that can see all your cards and can win almost every hand, that makes it a scam. Typically you aren't playing another human, just a bot. It's a scam to make you think you're on a "roll" to scam you into buying more chips.

I enjoyed playing zynga until they changed their format -now I keep getting offers ONLY IF I PLAY ON A COMPUTER-NO TABLETS. It's an insult -I shouldn't be forced to play on an electronic device of their choice. I play just as often and buy just as many tokens from the tablet. IM DONE. Obviously ZYNGA nolonger cares about its customers.
