I ordered a product on 6/22/16 and selected overnight shipping. It is 6/28/16 and still have not received product. I have called the customer service number multiple time and it automatically sends you to a voicemail. I have emailed with no response also. I do not recommend using this site. Buyer beware!

This is a review for over Labor Day weekend 2019. As I thought at the campground was overcrowded to the point of scary. My reason for saying that is, as the fireworks were going off on Sunday evening all I could think about was how dry the grass was and what a bottleneck there would be as people try to save their expensive rigs, as they would try to leave the park and how many people would die as a result. Money seem to be the only consideration for the weekend as there was little to no crowd control on a weekend where heavy alcohol is drank and sold with little to no accountability as far as I could see. The owners seem to be available when it comes time to take money but not too available after they've gotten it. People who have long-term stays at this location have to make way for more expensive Short term customers. They must remove themselves from their location and then move back after the weekend which causes much confrontation. All in all it ends up causing great frustration. I recommend if you would like to go to this campground that you do not and I repeat do not visit it during a holiday or one of their main events. Be safe, please
I purchased two nuts and two bolts. I was not happy paying the $12 shipping for a package weighing less than one pound. The company did not put tape on the package, the package opened up in the mail and parts were lost. Rather than the company replacing the missing parts as I requested, they refunded me $2 and claimed that they couldn't get the replacement parts. I went on their website which allowed me to order the missing parts but I would have to pay an additional $10 shipping to have them shipped. I asked if they could give me a free shipping code or discount to reorder the new parts...they refused.
Calling to ask a question - and older person, obviously a "domestic answering ""service"" fence - Uh? What? Put this number again and someone will help you. A second call - a foreigner answers. "Huh? What? OK." and hangs up. MAYBE you can order from them online, and maybe you will even get your goods; but man, am I glad that I called! 2 months and still haven't received my order! - i order a electric supercharger from them and its been 2 months now and i still havent recieved it. Ive tryed contacting them but they don't reply. I would go to them but i live in london and there in the united state and america. What can i say i got bum booshed!
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! If I could give them ZERO stars, I would! I ordered a simple part, which according to their own catalog came in package of 10. After receiving it, I was only sent ONE item. Contacted customer service, included a screen shot of their actual web page & received an email stating "Sorry, it was a catalog error which would be corrected soon, but the item is only sold individually. And that the statement ("***THIS GM PARTS CATALOG IS A GUIDE ONLY *** The GM parts catalog available here online is not as accurate as the catalog that is available to a GM dealerships. Errors may occur.) was posted clearly on their website; therefore, they would NOT be assisting me any further! But thank you for your business." REALLY?!? Their customer service sucks & they honestly could care less about their customers. By the time I ordered an additional part, I would've paid the same amount for a package of 25 of the same item from Amazon with free shipping! I only needed 2, so I originally thought that was wasteful. Do yourself a favor though & DO NOT order from them. They are operating with extremely dishonest business practices. I was also told I could return the $6 part for a refund, minus a restocking fee & that the $4 shipping was non-refundable; plus I'd need to pay to ship it back myself. Unbelievable! There are MUCH better companies out there, so definitely AVOID THIS ONE! Also, their website is full of mostly 5-star reviews, which seems a little fishy; considering all of the negative reviews everywhere else. I hope this saves you some major regrets!
I have done business with Dunn for many years. I brought my car in for inspection. It was failed because it needed these "required repairs" per the store: Ball joint $294, Rack and pinion $968.51, alignment $80.00, Brakes front - $309.98 and Brakes back - $309.98. In total, they had $2,388 worth of work they said needed to be done. I refused the work, even though the car did not pass inspection. I had two other garages look at the car, and was told the only thing needed was brakes and replacing a few bulbs. I had the work done elsewhere, and the car passed inspection without all the "required repairs." I think the people must be on some sort of commission incentive if they get the customer to do repairs which may, or may not be necessary. Not all women are gullible. I was not about to drop that much money without a second or third opinion. I will not go back there!
I logged in to their online page last night and found a part i wanted at a good cost. I tried to check out but they required me to list my vehicle, the part is not standard equipment for my truck and the page would not let me purchase it. I try to use a canadaian supplier but never can get them to take an order, this time i tried again an hour later only to find the part cost increased by $75 AND STILL WOULDN'T LET ME BUY IT I Contacted the help line but kept getting prompts to use their (never) call back service untill they disconnected me (twice). At first i wndered how these guys stay in business but its possible they are no longer in business. They do not rate a star but I had to give them one to enter the review
They did not inform me that this large RV came with tires intended for midsized cars. Three hours after leaving the dealership I had a tire blow out which took a side panel with it. Ended up on the side of a two lane highway for seven hours before the tire was replaced. Two weeks later the same thing happened this time to a tire on the opposite side of the RV with yet another side panel blown away. These incidents could've resulted in serious accidents and possible death or injury. I had to get rid of all six tires and replace them with proper ones.
Dropsmobile promised they could install the rear view backup camera and GPS system into my truck. During the installation the owner of Dropsmobile Deshawn Howard argued with the manufacturer over the phone blaming the equipment for the uncompleted installation. He demanded payment for the work they he had done and promised that he would return to finish the job when the replacement parts arrived. He ignored multiple texts and phone calls for over a week. Then I figured out that no response was ever going to happen. Next, I went to a honest installer which resolved the problem. Beware
I wish I had read the reviews before I did business with these incompetent fools. I placed an order on May 8th for nearly $2000 of parts for a project car. Until Tuesday 6. 27. 20117, they kept telling me a slew of parts were on back order. So I got the names of their suppliers. Bar none, not one of the suppliers had an order related to Mid America or me. I wasted just shy of 2 months for nothing but excuses, lies and gross incompetence. Now they don't have the guts to tell me what happened, won't return phone calls or e-mails. Guess I have some internet posting to make about these losers. As an aside, all the parts have shipped from the various suppliers and none were shocked that Mid America was involved. All this time I paid storage for a car they couldn't work on because there were no parts. Still to this day, no contact attempts made by them. RUN! 2017-07-25 Still nothing form these jokers. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
I purchased a replacement gear shifter for my 2001 Jaguar S-Type online, Motorcars manufacture their own alloy part that replaces the original plastic part that eventually wears. While the plastic part lasted over ten years, the alloy part lasted 2 1/2 years (approx 12,000 miles of use) before showing wear and needing replacement. When I complained they said there was little they could do so I bought a replacement - only to find the replacement had been completely re-engineered. I called them a second time to make sure I had the right part and Motorcars Ltd claimed it was re-engineered for cost rather than performance reasons. Both times the part was priced in the $90-$100 region and I had double labor costs. Evidently this part was a defective design - they should have replaced it at no cost.
Who is this company? This company seems sketchy. Looking them up provides no info on who they are. On their website they do not provide a location. Doesn't seem they speak English well. Buyers beware!
Extremely bad and racist experience dealing with Mikhail Kouvchinov ( https://militarytires.ca/)on a tire purchase attempt. Salvex.com was selling $25,000 worth Tubeless Off-Road Tires 37 x 12.5 / R 16.5 with Wheels for $5,000 (US$20 Each tire with wheels), Mikhail Kouvchinov insisted on using a credit card. We explained our policy of not accepting credit cards for purchases over $500, and became very angry. He made false statements about us online and racist comments about me. See below 'I have to say Onur songs like immigrant from middle east/ North Africa with very broken English.'' Mikhail K on Sitejabber I might be an immigrant or sound Middle easterner or North African. What is wrong with being an immigrant or Middle easterner or North African? Is it a crime? He will be reported to Canadian Authorities and I will be looking after my rights.
I ordered a reconditioned Mazda Bongo engine which arrived and turned out to be very second hand, just pulled straight from another car and delivered complete with the severed ends of the old cooling hoses still attached from the old vehicle. Tried to negotiate a refund which was refused, so I swallowed my pride and fitted the engine as there was no time left to source a new unit. The engine block was full of rust and I had to replace every electrical component on the engine just to get it running! Tried for over a year to get the £100 surcharge back and was promised at least 6 times that the money was on its way. Surprise surprise it never arrived. They have now stopped even answering the phone so I have given up and just have to put this horrible experience behind me!
I have orderd fro mthem three times and i have recived my order late three times and when i contacted them all they could say is it takes 5 days, well i have three orders that say other wise.
Bought a wiper motor from them, they shipped me the wrong one. After calling like 3 x's and having to wait forever for a live person they told me that they would have to charge me again for new wiper motor and then they would refund me cost when it got returned by ups. They never refunded me the $$. The 2nd wiper motor worked in case thats important to you. So I called and they gave me a load of crap about how the charge was "carried over" to the second charge like i was only charged once. I had 2 charges on my card and no refund. Getting through to a live person is very difficult and they are a bunch of idiots and crooks over there. Wouldn't recommend them and will never shop there again.
Shipping from rvstoredirect.com was slow, and expensive. The drip rail was very poorly packaged, and had many chips and dings in it and was even bent in one spot. Very surprising considering the amount charged for shipping. The other product shipped to me was much better packed, but still had several dings and chips in it... I don't know if the damage was for shipping or if they were that way before being shipped. Also don't expect them to ship you the 16' in one length, another reason why shipping was slow was they wanted to cut the drip rail to ship it. Contacted via email, but was not able to respond to the email. Tried several times to respond to the email address in the email, but did not work. Finally got through using their contact us form on the website, which took some work to find. Communication with the owners of the website was difficult, and it is impossible to find out who ran the site or where the company was based out of from their website.
Don't order from the guys they was running a sales on there product and so I was going to give them a try because it a American made product I waited and come to find out they was running a sale and they already was back log before they even ran the sale that bad business there sale a product they don't even have in stock that was stupid and they sent me a email telling me they didn't know when they could fill my order because of the back log they did refunded me my money but I would ask before I order how long

Total SCAMMERS! Site is in Canada. Sells engines, etc. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. When you talk to them to verify everything they give you the total including shipping. BUT WHEN YOU CHECK YOUR BANK THEY STEAL EXTRAL MONEY and have nothing to back it up. They claim that YOUR bank took the money! What a joke. If you can't find what you need in the U.S. - DON'T BUY IT.
I bought a set of snow tires last Fall. I was to receive a $50 rebate for buying them. I received the rebate in the mail. It was a $50 debit card. It has never worked despite the payment company said they activated it. I feel like I, ve been ripped off. I won't buy any tires from General Tire again.
Purchased this shower hose in June, camped in July and it leaked like crazy. Adventure RV sent me straight to the Manufacture Warranty and told me to deal with the problem there. Their phone number does not work, communication is only thru email. DO NOT purchase from them unless you are willing to keep your defected item! Horrible Customer Service! I purchased my book more than a week ago and still the book has not been shipped and no response from the seller yet. I called my cc company to remove the charge... it is in progress... I had to purchase another book from a dif web site... dont buy from this seller i have read many sites which reviewed this seller and confirmed my speculations... this website is a fraud. How I wished I had found this review site prior to purchasing the book from them.

I purchased an engine for my 2007 Ford Escape Hybrid from A&A Auto & Truck in Florida. That was the beginning of my nightmare. The engine was defective, so I agreed to send it back and exchange it for another engine. The second engine arrived, an it was also defective. When I advised A&A I didn't to want another exchange and wanted a refund, things took a turn for the worse. The rep. Actually accused my repair shop mechanics of shamming me so I would be forced to buy an engine from them. REALLY?! Then they refused to take the engine back unless I paid for shipping. When I complained, they agreed to pay for 1/2 the shipping but only if I used their shipping agent. They then refused to pay anything when I wouldn't cancel the dispute I put in with PayPal to protect my purchase. I finally sent the engine back at a cost of $288.00. So 2 defective engines, a month of lost time, and I got to pay $288.00 for all of this. NEVER AGAIN- STAY AWAY!
