I purchased an Edgestar Kegerator and was missing all components to actually make it useable, no gaskets, washers, screws, handle, drip tray, and various other missing items making the item completely unusable. 6 + months later they offer me a return label but obviously I have no packaging or easy way to get this to a UPS drop off point which I am sure they are aware of.
