I have been a customer and fan of KJP since 2011. Most recently, I mistakenly ordered the wrong size for my toddler and made arrangements with them to extend the return period for the wrong size - I just needed the time to check the size that I ordered a couple of weeks later (because you know, life of a toddler mom). I was in contact with their customer service regarding how to process the return (as I could no longer do it on their website because it is an extended return period). Unfortunately, my toddler and I got sick three times back to back and so the return fell by the wayside. After the holidays, I was getting back on my feet and I asked them (very nicely) to accept my return. I explained what had happened but they still refused to accept the return. This is such a POOR customer service experience to think I am a long time customer of theirs. They would rather refuse the return of a shirt worth $48 than retain a customer who has been with them for ten years and was a loyal customer - despite the customer being upfront and open about the reason for the delay in the return, largely back to back illnesses - especially nowadays? Horrible.
