I first registered in October 2018. Now it is March 2019 and still no progress.
The biggest issue I had was that the support/help service does not reply at all (wonder if it even exists), even after more than 5 messages with pictures to try make them understand of the problem I have.
I tried everything but nothing worked.
It has come to this that I must give the lowest score on business review.
Best to stay to other services that actually reply to their customers and know how to help. Really disappointed!

We are truly sorry to hear about your frustration and thank you for contacting us about the approval of your account.
We understand your disappointment however, using your details, we could see that your account is already approved. In fact, it was approved as soon as you have provided the correct bank details. We could see that at the time, our support has been communicating with you until you could provide the necessary document. Right after that, you also received an automated email stating that your account was approved.
Please note that the card is not the first option provided to access the payments you send to your account, the primary option is the direct bank transfer. The option to order a card becomes available on your online account once you start receiving payments from companies through the Global Payment Service or companies we work with in partnership.
