On 11/22/23 I placed two orders from Blossom Flowers totaling $310.94, one for my aunt and one for my uncle William Russell's funeral which started at 10am on 11/25. I paid for expedited orders for both which is freakin joke! Neither got there in time. The one to my aunt was 2 days late and the one for my uncle's funeral which was to be delivered on 11/24/23 wasn't delivered at all! I contacted Blossom Flower reps 4 times receiving the most asinine BS excuses ever. Rep #1 11/24 5pm- Oh they're going to be delivered tomorrow morning before the funeral - we want them to be fresh for the funeral because they're a standing spray. Never received a notice they weren't delivered. Just checked the tracking system which is a joke. Rep #2 9:15 am 11/25. Oh they were delivered yesterday...you can call the church. The driver said he delivered them. Contacted the church. No delivery on 11/24 because they were closed... Rep #3 9:30 am 11/25. Typical BS apologies. Oh it's going to be there in a few minutes let me check,. But your other rep said they were delivered yesterday. Rep goes to check but never comes back it's now 9:48. Rep #4 9:50am. I'm now calling for a refund because the funeral starts in 10 minutes and no delivery. Rep answers with the typical BS. I don't need her to check. I need a refund! Rep leaves and doesn't come back. So the moral of the story is leave this POS company alone! Don't waste your money or your time! I'm contacting my bank to dispute the payment. Blossom Flowers then has the nerve to send me a confirmation that they were delivered.
