AVOID AT ALL COSTS Swimsuits for All doesn't receive any stars, and if I could, I'd give them a negative version of the star. Their customer service is horrendous especially when it comes to managing returns and issuing credits for merchandise.
I ordered (2) bathing suits costing appx $75; neither of which fit me properly. I used the return label provided on the packing slip and dropped the package off at the USPS as instructed. I did not think to take a photograph of the label because it was pre-printed on the original invoice included with my package, and one would think traceable from their end.
I mailed my return on 7/23, and they have yet to issue a credit, claiming the package has not been received, and they need the tracking number to confirm receipt. So, apparently they don't keep records of their own shipping labels, which I personally think is a load of BS.
I sent a photograph of the original invoice w/o the return label today and am calling American Express to see if they can help out here. I'll also be posting this review everywhere I can, including the Better Business Bureau here in NYC, and in Indianapolis, where their headquarters are located.
