I purchased a ticket from kiwi.com at the end of April 2020 for $510. On 16th May 2020 my trip was cancelled by airlines due to Covid. Yes, it is better to deal with airlines directly, however, when you are deserately trying to find a flight home and then there it comes from Kiwi.com with a combination of several airlines and affordable price, you try it, you hope... Such a dirty and disgusting way of doing business, kiwi.
When my flights were cancelled, I requested an assisted refund and until now I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY REFUND that was promised.
After my several requests for an update, I received a couple of messages asking to kindly wait. For how many more months or years such a delay shoud be covered by my kindness, remains a mistery...
I'll try to undertake some measures of course, and then let's see what will be the total quantity of months that it took for Kiwi to refund it's kind customer, if it will be refunded at all... On the other side, why shouldn't Kiwi be kind and not pay an interest to me, I am questioning?
