The company was very attentive and efficient at first, once I was tapped out on extra fees I could no longer reach anyone for help or answers on the progress of my case. I have been waiting months now for my paperwork to be filed. Every time I call or email I am told my case will be expedited and someone will call me with information, which never happens. I finally asked for a refund and like magic someone contacted me and told me I was missing paperwork and therefore it hadn't been filed. I knew this was not true and after "looking" the cs rep "found" the missing paperwork and assured me my paperwork would be sent to the courts (within a week). It was sent out almost a month ago and the court still has no record of receiving any paperwork for my case and of course, I can not reach anyone for answers.
