I am highly upset with the customer service reps and their efforts to fix my issue. I ordered two strength cure shampoos and one strength cure blonde conditioner on cyber Monday and when my order came, the conditioner was missing. I called about a week later to inform them of this mistake and they told me that a request was put into "teams" and that it would ship soon. That was perfect! Another two weeks go by and there is no package yet with my missing product. I call purology AGAIN and they said the same exact thing "I put a request with priority into team leaders" and said it'll be here very soon as shipping has been delayed, that's fine. Here I am calling for my THIRD time on January 3rd (order originally placed November 28) and I spoke to one of the same representatives and she told me THE SAME EXACT THING. When I asked to talk to a higher up manager she said it's not possible unless there is a case management in. Shouldn't there already be one in with an order that is 2 months late? This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I am highly disgusted by the way this is being handled and how I receive the same exact response every time I call. Not to mention, these representatives that answer the phone are not friendly at all and do not apologize for problems. These products are way too expensive to not receive and these people who work for this company do not care one thing about the customers. I believe I should receive a refund or an extra product or something for compensation of my time and frustration dealing with these people who don't care about the customer or even their products reputation. This is ridiculous. I never have to make reviews/complaints like this, but I feel that this company/representatives truly do not care about the customers or timely manner in which they fix problems.

Tip for consumers:
Be prepared to wait for MONTHS for your order after calling 3 times.
