The ordering was easy. The chat even helped me to find the foam board option I was looking for Unfortunately, I was able to finally open the packaging tonight to check the board. While it appeared to be packaged well it is still damaged and unusable. The board is creased and slight bent. I am assuming it happened during transit. I've taken pictures of both the outside of the box (slightly dented) and the foam board itself (too creased & damaged to use). I'm pretty disappointed. I am in the process of trying to contact customer service but I can't get my password reset. To make a return.
