First off, they couldn't deliver my order for a whole month after my Mom's birthday. Second, they cancelled my order without telling me they had done so. Now granted once I found out that it would be a month late I still wanted it delivered, I thought it's the thought that count's right? But then they cancelled my order. Now I know next time to use someone else!

Was charged a delivery date fee. The order did not even get processed or shipped until 2 days...
