“Initial support to new joiners could be better”

Especially for European members. Did not get introductory e, ail explaining the initial steps and courses to watch.
Aside from this, I am optimistic about the software and hope it produces results.

Products used:
I have subsequently been contacted by Rockwell and believe they are in process of addressing my concerns ( Doesn't alter my initial experience though )
