Received our order. Began the assembly process which was very extensive. As I reached the final few steps and attempted to connect all the assembled pieces the holes did not line up. If the dowels were inserted then the clips which locked the pieces in place fell below the shelf unit.
Upon calling to either ask for assistance or return arrangements the company gave me a run around and a week into the process continues to ask for unreasonable info with no end in sight. They are not making arrangements thus far for return and a credit.
