I love that the App has so many features from water and meal tracking/plans to steps tracking and a library of various short workouts. And. So. Much. More!
I started with the 28-day Somatic Exercises, and then I added a meditation component. There are also other plans you can purchase, repeat the Newbie Plan, or choose workouts from the library. I haven't used a coach, yet, but that's an option as well.
