I ordered almost $2000 worth of parts around December 20. On the site it said free shipping over $250. Of course there is all kinds of we can't get free shipping on that so I had to pay almost $200 for shipping I received the parts that were wrapped in bubble wrap inside of their boxes to find out they're damaged. I never got any type of conversation. I've been on the phone several times with them the person that I bought the parts from the only person that apparently I can deal with about a refund other parts that I ordered do not even fit correctly and the only excuse I have as well send it back pay shipping and will credit the difference. If that isn't worse enough all the stuff that I ordered one thing was on back order that I was not aware of a debit my account twice for it and then credit it back and debit it again the initial purchase of almost $2000 was debited from my account, but I got the order ready then it was debited again and credit back three more times so it definitely took me for a ride. I had problems with buying a part through them through eBay, which is totally separate and that was an absolute travesty at a $2000 hydraulic pump because they did not have one in stock when I called but eBay had one on their store through them the last six months of dealing with this company buyer. Beware. They have excuse after excuse and when you can't get a hold of the person that you bought the parts from it is another excuse of why they're sick or they're on vacation they always say that the manager will get back with you well, here we are three weeks in and not one thing has been taken care of mind you this past year I've spent alsmot $4000. The last bunch of parts that I received were damaged they weren't damage from shipping. They were actually damaged before they wrapped them in bubble wrap.

Look elsewhere or read reviews of parts.

Had their service for 4 months. Wasted over $1000 in paying the bill that was promised at $160 then up to $190 and topped at $225 a month. As a fireman we need phones at times and they left me with NO service not even roaming in several areas. One spot I drove 20 min without any service. But like a fool I listened to their crap and kept them then I said I'm done with them and returned everything in the mail and got a good local service Thumb Cellar! Best choice ever and here I am 4 months and several hours later with over seas useless call center and providing my banking info for a refund cause paper checks don't exist for them and not gotten my $228. Lots of promises and same BS. People stay away! Do t do it. Buy a prepaid!
