They take your money, promise a deliver date and FAIL, the inability of the customer service staff to effectively communicate is a joke, if you get an answer is a scripted spin without a direct answer.
Delivery 13 May, plenty of time before I am traveling intrastate on 1 June, 13 May delivery date passed after I questioned the deliver the order status was just changed to 28 May and again this dates passed without any updates.

I can get deliveries from the USA in under a week and at a cheaper delivery rate.

Hopeless DO NOT PUTCHASE ANYTHING FROM HIS COMPANY, they take your money issues a receipt then a few days later send shipping details but they are false, Australia Post confirmed there is no such tracking number. Ordered on 13 May 19, O/N Broj*******, the last email from a gmail account tells me the parcel is lost. Lodging a claim with Amex.

DO NOT purchase from this company, it is a complete RIP OFF, the customer service is worse the worst I have ever experienced, promising the world but delivering nothing. If it is not a scam then I don't know what is, I return faulty goods they promise a refund of $25 USD on October 9, after 18 emails to and fro, then on October 13 they advise the will only give a credit.
"DECEPTIVE, FASLE MISLEADING ADVERTISING--COMPANY IS NOT RELIABLE!"
