First of all, there is a $40 monthly subscription fee to use the online portal that doesn't provide any meaningful information in addition to many "add-on" service fee for them to actually do the work they promised out front; case worker/customer support is slow to respond, and when they do respond, the answers or instructions were vague with missing words/sentences, leaving the only clear instruction the "pay addition to redo everything."
