Purchased an item in April. Had a garbled phone call supposedly checking on my level of satisfaction in June. Politely refused any further marketing calls and then discovered that £18.50 had been taken from my credit card. Later got a stupid catalogue with a £10 voucher which I would never use. Only then did I realise this company had kept my details and signed me up for membership of an unwanted 'club' called Perx. Scandalous behaviour. Avoid this company at all costs.
