My package was delivered to the store instead of my home. I contacted the store today being December 22nd because I was not notified they had my items since Dec 13th. I spoke with Marcus and then Kate the manager at the Marlborough Ma. Store. Kate apologized. She then spoke with upper management and they agreed to overnight my pkg to me.
I did not receive my pkg in time for Christmas. If only I was notified on December 13th it could have been resolved long before Christmas day.
Btw E for express is not the same as overnight.
My son loves Zumiez so we will continue to shop there.
